Located on the sixth floor this condo has 1200 s.f. of living space. Newly decorated in 2011, we are only a few steps from the beach. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed with a new superior mattress. A bath is located just outside the bedroom door. The guest bedroom is equipped with two new full size beds with premier mattresses. A private bath is located inside the bedroom, along with a bar w/coffee maker -microwave. Loved the pools, hot tubs, and the green space in front of the dunes.
The unit itself was set up nicely, pretty decorations.
Needed a good cleaning, and a fresh coat of paint. -

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Jack's condo in Myrtle Beach. It suited all of our needs, the building and the grounds were lovely, and the building maintenance person was prompt, pleasant and courteous. He was able to fix the leak in the sink, correct the fan in the smaller unit and just disabled the one in the main unit with a promise that he would be back after we left to replace it. We would definitely seek to rent this condo on our next trip to Mrytle Beach! Thank you!

The condo is everything the listing says and more. The unique configuration of this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers privacy and comfort for up to 10 people. The unit's furnishings have been updated, and kitchen equipment is in ample supply. The two balconies offer spectacular views of the ocean -- sunrise with a cup of coffee from one and sunset with a drink from the other. The owner was easy to work with and provided helpful and timely feedback. We look forward to renting again.

We enjoyed our stay here in July, 2012. The condo is beautiful and the views are breath taking (ocean views from every window). The resort is well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better location. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Myrtle Beach.
