This building is surrounded by water on 3 sides. Located just 50 yds from the ocean with but sand dunes between you and the beach. It overlooks the ocean, inlet, marsh and golf course. Set on the balcony and watch birds gather on the sand bars of the inlet, children playing in the swash and fisherman trying their luck. Watch weddings being performed on the lawn of the country club located on the other side of the swash. This unit was updated in 2012 and had 3 flat screen TV's installed. Our condo is located in a popular section of Myrtle Beach on the end of of Shore Drive therefore giving you a secluded area to relax. A short walk away is Ocean Annie's which is the most popular beach bar where bands play daily around the pool in the summer til 9PM. Karoke is in the club at night. Many restaurants Rossi's, California Pizza, Golden Corral, Hooters, Thoroughbred and many more. Walmart, Tanger Shopping Outlet and Colonial Mall is 5 minutes away. The condo is centrally located in Myrtle Beach close to Carolina Opry, Barefoot Landing and 15 minutes to Broadway at the Beach. Parking is provided in open lots or under the parking deck.

Great 2 bedroom condo on the beach at a great price. The best part is this is one of the very few locations in Myrtle Beach that allow pets. Our little Zoe would much prefer to sit on the balcony here than stay home in a kennel. I have rented from Daryl for 2 summer vacations now and am returning in 2013 for number 3. Location is great and most of your Myrtle Beach attractions are a short drive away. Just a short walk down the beach is Ocean annies and a little farther walk is apache Pier. I could go on and on but the previous reviews and the listing will pretty much tell you everything

While small, this place has it all! We enjoyed everything about it. Location is superb, easy to visit points of interest. Accomodations were clean, pleasant, nicely decorated. We took the dog and having an elevator was great since we were on 2nd. floor. Great views! Plan to go again. We went in winter and though we didn't use pools, there are several and even one indoor.

Stayed in this unit 9/22-10/6. The unit is well equipped and recently updated. It is very close to the beach, in a great location. Our dog arlo was the fun winner. We look forward to returning to the MB. We took the car out to 17 four times, almost everything was contained in the area before you get to 17. L

We had a great time at your condo. It was probably one of our best vacations ever! The condo was decorated so nice, and it was so clean. It was perfect for our family and our little dog Shelby. We loved not only where the resort was located but the condo being on the end was perfect. It was good access to everything that was available there. The condo was great esp. the master bedroom having the bathroom there and a large closet. We didn't spend time on the balcony as it was too small and difficult to manuver around. The layout of the condo was very convenient which also offered privacy.

Kandee and I stayed really enjoied our stay at this location, I really wish we could have stayed longer. The beach is just across the parking lot and the view from the condo is woonderful, I would reccommend anyont that is going to Myrtle Beach to check with Daryl and his wife are wonderful to work with, when we are back in the area we will use them again. This is also pet friendly and my babies Prada and Dungee loved the beach.
