MarylandAwesome Location
Left on 05/20/2013 for a stay in May 2013
The location of this unit is key-crossing a pool deck to reach the beach was ideal for us! We traveled with two small kids, and this alone made our vacation great! The rooms were large enough for four adults and two kids. The bathrooms looked like they were newly updated, and very clean. The kitchen contained almost anything you would need to make a meal! I would say that the sofa, living room chairs, dining room table and chairs may need a bit of an update. We had to move the table in order to fit 4 people in our party-when it sleeps 6. The chairs are a bit bulky and take up a lot of space. The sofa is wearing, faded and minor stains in places. Other than this, the unit was awesome!! We would love to stay here again!!

Brad and Melissa were great owners to work with in setting up resevation and dealingwith, this is the third time we used their condo. The place was clean as always and had all the necessities for having meals at the condo. It convenant to shops, grocery stores and plenty of great restaurants. The river city cafe is great for the best hamburgers. The weather was coller but we had mostky sunny days and we were able to walk on the beach in the morning and see beautiful sunrises. Great place to stay. It was wonderful to have the beach right outside the condo, no streets to cross. Once again thanks for a great 10 days.

We had a fantastic time. We were near golf, shopping, and a major highway. The condo was well furnished and very clean.
The only suggestion I have would be to make a cupboard available for grocery purchases. I hated to move to much of the owners kitchen equipment to other cupboards.
We can't wait for next year. Jerry and Karen -

We loved staying at this condo, and we have had 10+ years of beach condo rental experience. The condo was so well equipped. It had the best of two worlds; ocean front living with the conveniences of home! The owners were great answering questions and seeing to any issue in lightening speed.

Loved the location!! Its so nice to be able to stroll onto the beach with coffee in the morning, or to walk the 1/8 mi to River City Cafe for lunch or dinner (also on the beach). Everything else we needed was a five minute drive away, or right across the street at the general store.
Found the property to be just as advertised, and Melissa was very helpful and accessible for any questions we had. We loved azalea Sands for golf, and the beach was awesome.
I would recommend this property to just about anyone because of its great access to everything.

I enjoyed my stay at 307 Pelican's Landing. The place was easy to get in and out. It was right next to the elevator which as so convenient. We could easily walk to the beach and back to the room if needing a break. It had a great side view of the ocean. I liked that you could get to the outlets without getting on the main road. It was also conveniently located right across from a small convenience store. The pictures on the website accurately reflected the condo. For those that enjoy listening to music there is a hotel in walking distance that has outside bands during the day and then DJ inside in the evening. This was nice if you did not want to go anywhere. The owner, Melissa, was very pleasant and was eager in answering any questions of concerns. We enjoyed it so much that we plan to book next year

The location is great, close to everything and a very low traffic area. So great to just be able to walk out on the beach. Left on 06/01/2012 for a stay in May 2012
My husband and I, our 2 little boys and my mother-in-law all fit so comfortably in this condo with room to spare! Everybody had plenty of personal space. We are from Florida and have stayed in many beach condos, but this was the closest our unit had ever been to the ocean.
We loved so many things about this condo! The keyless entry was fantastic! Never had to worry about a key! Also, having the screened-in entry next to the laundry room was great for keeping the beach toys out of the way.
We ate every meal out on the balcony and even played cards out there after the kids went to bed. You could easily see/hear the waves. This unit was clean, organized and very well kept. They had everything we needed. The grocery store is just around the corner for the things we forgot.
We went to Pier 14 Restaurant one evening for dinner - fantastic atmosphere, incredible views, decent food. The Sky Wheel was surprisingly a big hit with everyone in our group! Great pic opportunities. We went to Ripleys aquarium which was perfect for the kids (age 2 and 4) and they were thrilled to see the sharks. We also took them to Family Kingdom themepark where of course, they had a blast. Last, there is a restaurant we all walked to on the beach just south of the condo (River City Cafe). A great place to take a break from the sun, eat peanuts and the best burgers/fries! This was the first time we had ever been to Myrtle Beach, and we all fell in love with it. The beach, the condo, the downtown (which was about a 20 minute drive, perfect distance for it to be peaceful and quiet) were all perfect. This was one of the best family vacations we have ever had, and we have traveled with our little ones quite a bit.
I would definitely recommend this property! The owner was incredibly helpful, pleasant, quick with responses and a pleasure to deal with. -

This vacation was amazing. The condo is located directly on the beach's entrance. So when you walk out the door the beach is right there. The view from the baconies are great. The listing description was accurate and the layout was very accommodating. I really liked the multiple bathrooms which made it easier for my family to get ready together. Everything was clean and maintained and many of the supplies that we needed were provided such as cleaning supplies, iron and ironing board, and general houseware. The owner of the property replied immediately to all emails and was very helpful throughout the entire planning process. I plan on returning next year for another family vacation.

Rental was as described with everything needed to feed and entertain yourself. The pictures describe the condo perfectly. Melissa and Brad are excellent onwers to work with and Melissa answered everything as soon as You inquired. They are excellent and thoughtful owners even to the extented to leave us alittle welcome 40 anniversary gift. Plenty to do even the two days of rain. My wife enjoyed all the shops and the dining choices were many. Excellent location for a day trip to Charleston which we got see a lot of the old homes and sites. Everything in the condo was clean and neat. The balcony were nice for morning coffe and breakfast while watching the sun come up. Location to the beach is great just walk out the elevator and across the garage and you are on the beach. Great value for the money. I would recommend this to families and friends. Again thanks Brad and Melissa. Hope to return for a longer stay in the near future.
