Escape to this secluded one-bedroom ground level condo overlooking the swash featuring beautiful new landscaping throughout the property. This condo offers privacy, new comfortable living room furniture, screened in porch and all of the modern comforts in a nautical and beach inspired decor. This condo sleeps six people with one king bed in master and two queen beds in the bonus loft. Additional features include a washer/dryer, two TV's and one DVD player.

My husband and I stayed here with another couple in September 2010. The view of the marsh was so peaceful especially in the morning with all of the herons and cranes.
I don't think the pictures give it justice... The building you see, is actually the building in front of the condo... It's more of a townhouse behind that building. We loved that it was more secluded and very quiet.
We were right across from the pool that we had access to. It was a nice alternate to the beach.
And the beach! I'm not a beach person by any means. But we loved the section of beach we were by. It was beautiful! It's about a 5-10 minute walk from the condo. But we just parked close to one of the hotels.
We were very close to shopping and restaurants, as well.
The condo itself was gorgeous! We can't wait to go back! We would've gone last year or this year, but we just had a baby in august 2011. Can't wait to return!! :) -

Property was not across the street from beach as described, a good walk. Generally, a good area, close to tanger outlets, etc. No linens were available upon arrival to room, and poor maintenance service response.

Even though we try to insure that linens are delivered on time, error may occur. We do correct all delivery issues regardless of time of day as quickly as possible.
I can find no verbage that denotes property is across the street from the ocean. Even then, the walk to the ocean is short in timing -

We stayed Sunday to Sunday, and had a great week. Picked up key at the
office, no problems, pleasant staff. Home was great, clean, well-equipped
kitchen, although we were too lazy to cook most of the time and went out!
Location was a short walk to the beach, and steps from the pool and spa.
Planning to book again next year, very good value for the money. -

We originally had hotel reservations in south Myrtle Beach. After five minutes of being there, we were ready to drive the 12 hours back home. The place was horrible and not very accomodating.
With this being our first time ever in Myrtle Beach, we didn't know where else to stay. A friend of ours suggested Ocean Resorts. His family has been staying there for years with absolutely no problems.
The lady who answered the phone said she had one place available, and if we wanted it, she would wait for us to get there (it was late Sunday afternoon, and she was leaving for the day). I wish I knew her name to tell her thank you...she saved our vacation! She not only worked after hours to accomodate us, the place was beautiful! It was extremely clean, well cared for, quiet, lots of amenities, and conveniently located.
If we ever make it back to Myrtle Beach, Ocean Resorts is where we will stay. I wouldn't even think twice of looking elsewhere! :) -

To Whom it may concern,
This was our second trip to mrytle beach, but this was our first time at this condo. This condo was very nice we loved the loft in it and it was very quite. We would recommend this condo to friends and family. The only thing I didn't like was you couldn't see the ocean but we knew that when we called we just had to walk to see it but that's okay.

New Enterprise, PAQuiet Location to Watch the Heron

We(my wife and daughter)had the pleasure of renting this location during the week of June 14-20. The unit was very well equipped and was a very quiet. We were located overlooking the marsh and watched heron feeding during all parts of the day.

enjoyed our 3 month stay even though coldest winter in are for years..condo very organized, had minor maintenance issues taken care of promptly and efficiently..dcor was very inviting...enjoyed the view of the marsh even though limited by some overgrowth..very private..only one thing..terminology of ground level a little misleading..not a straight walk from parking lot as ground level suggests..ther are many stairs, got use to them but this was a little disappointing..Herron Pointe very clean are and nicely landscaped
