With the beach just footsteps away, Pelican's Landing is situated on Myrtle Beach’s acclaimed Shore Drive, and is a great place to have a family-friendly vacation or romantic getaway. Come and relax in this lovely first-floor three-bedroom condo with convenient access to the beach and pool. Warm tones surround you in this classic beach inspired condo with comfortable furnishings and a view of Shore Drive. This condo sleeps eight people with one queen bed, one full bed, two twin beds and one queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional features include a washer-dryer, wet-bar area, two TV's . NO MOTORCYCLES ALLOWED

I hadn't visited Myrtle Beach since I was a little girl. Much has changed for better. The representative was wonderful to work with. She provided us with a lot of information regarding the condo, grounds, beach, shopping, dining, etc. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, & had everything we needed including a lovely screened in-patio overlooking the beach front, and more than 1 TV. The pools were beautiful, and so clean. The residents of the resort were so welcoming to us, it felt like home. The property also is great and although we needed more than one for our family reunion, we were very close together. We look forward to coming back and staying in one of her Condo's again!

We knew the individuals we were renting from and therefore requested a specific condo. However, when we arrived to check-in, the condo had been rented to someone else for one night. They attempted an upgrade, but it was not doable, due to more steps and being significantly further from the beach. We were placed in another condo, which was not as clean, nor comparably equipped and furnished. After one night's stay, we requested to move to the condo we originally booked. Amber was fantastic in helping us move, but the rest of the office staff was not helpful. The point is, we never should have been in that situation. It's difficult to move when you have packed two kids and four adults into a condo and then must spend part of a day repacking, moving and unpacking again to get into the condo you booked in the first place. We should have been offered some type of compensation.

We have stayed in this area for the past 12 years and this was the first time we felt the check in assistants were not as nice as they usually are. The property was not near full and they were rude when we ask for another parking pass. If it is the rule ok but be courteous about it.
The unit we were in really needs an overall deep cleaning and also updating. Carpet and kitchen floor was really dirty. Kitchen faucet leaked. Location is great for beach,shopping,eating out and entertainment. -

Pelican's Landing 113 is a great place to stay. It was very clean, spacious and an overall nice family oriented place to stay. I have styed here for 3 yrs now and will continue to bring my family here.
