Loved the place!!! The only thing I will complain about is you can hear people walking above you and opening and closing the sliding glass door. That was pretty annoying. However we were gone the entire day so it didn't really bother us until night time when I was trying to get my toddler to sleep. I love how the porch is screened in but the master bedroom porch is not. There is also a screened in porch at the front door to throw your beech gear down so you don't make a mess in the condo. We will be going back!!!

Liked the way the linen was provided in a bundle for us to make up the beds and hang towels...Loved the separate laundry room and two balconies...The service at check in was outstanding..I do not remember the ladies name that assisted us but she was extremely professional and more importantly she was warm and friendly. Everyone we met was kind..it felt like being home.

We enjoyed staying at Ocean Resorts, MB very much. Pelican's Landing 125 was neat and clean. The pool area and landscaping was also neat and clean. We just felt that the outside of the units, the elevator, walkways and parking areas need some cleaning and updating. We felt our deck was very dirty and unkept. Otherwise we had a wonderful time and look forward to coming again.

the condo was basically one of the nicest we have stayed in-few little repairs needed-generally clean and convenient. pool area great as usual-baby pool needs more attention-very dirty 2 ddays in a row. staff at check in helpful as always-great people.

Our recent stay at Pelican's Landing #125 was fine. Our condo was very clean. There were a couple of things that were broken but was supposed to be repaired and I'm sure they were taken care of. We were a little further back than I would have liked but all in all we enjoyed our stay. Next time I'll ask for oceanfront so we can be a little closer to the beach. We have stayed with O.R. in the past and have most always had a good experience. This was our firt stay at P.L. but we will return possibly next spring or summer.

What I liked was that the condo was ready when we got there. The office staff is wonderful to deal with. I normally stay ocean front so I missed that part too but it was close enough to walk so that was ok. What I didn't like about the condo was there are very few bowls in the kitchen for food storage. Lots of dishes, lots of glasses but not bowls, or baking items such as pizza pan. Iron is old and won't hold water so that was an issue. The biggest reason that I won't stay in that unit again is the flooring. The only place there is carpet is the bedrooms. My legs hurt awful from standing on those hard floors. That was not "home away from home" feeling to me because I don't live on tiled floors. They should at least put a sectional rug or rugs on the floor to help that. Condo was clean and everything else worked well, loved the pool and amenities but not unit #125.

This is the 2nd year we rented from Pelican's Landing during the Spring Bike Ralley, and we will continue to do so for many years to come. Clean rooms, steps away from the beach, and close to shopping but far enough away to minimize rt. 17 traffic noise. Looking forward to bringing our kids down to enjoy the area as well.
