      Great rental in great location!

Left on 07/04/2012 for a stay in June 2012

The rental unit was great but was a little cramped in the living area with all the furniture, but it was clean and in good condition. We really appreciated all the kitchen and beach supplies that were available and that the rental came with linens. It was a nice family friendly atmospere and everyone was very nice, this was my first visit to myrtle beach and i was very happy with our stay. The location was perfect, we were right across the street from the beach, with shopping and so many restaraunts about 5 minutes away. My family had a great time and is asking about going back before the summer ends. My only complaint is the elevators never worked, i had another unit on the 3rd floor and my elderly mom was having trouble with all the stairs. Overall it was wonderful and if i return i'll contact grand strand vacations again.

      Supplied everything we needed

The office staff was nice, the condo was clean but needs to be updated as far as decor is concerned. The location was great we were literally 2mins from the beach, I also loved there was a washer and dryer in the unit. I like we were away from the crowd but close enough if we wanted to be in the crowd. The only negative thing I would say is the beds were a little uncomfortable. I would stay again.

Location is close to the activities that we like to do. It has convenient access to bypasses to surrounding areas. Traffic is not bad on the roads near the complex. Have stayed in this group of condoes for several years and will stay there in the future. The beach is nice and wide. Basspro shops is close by.

Single mattress's in one bedroom needs to be replaced, too soft. The bedroom next to the stairwell is very noisy at night making it very difficult to get any sleep in that room. Overall it appears to be maintained well and for the most part was comfortable and only a short distance from the ocean. My Daughter enjoyed the sun porch and the pool area.

      Wonderful location

Left on 05/29/2009 for a stay in May 2009

We had a great week at the quiet condo. We liked all the bathrooms, wet bar, modern appliances and the new flat screen TV. There all plenty of movies and TVs in the condo to keep all ages entertained during the downtime. The end unit let in lots of natural light and a window seat. Only a short walk to the beach and a beach bar (Annie's)nearby kept us all happy. Many eateries/bars nearby in Restaurant Row in all price ranges gave me a break from the kitchen.

Our day trips included a nature walk reserve, a sculpture park, (Brookgreen)amazing place, and Barefoot Landing for lots of entertainment, alligators, and a pier nearby for an evening walk. Go to Joe's restaurant behind the Olive Garden to eat and watch the raccoons eat also.

If you forget something, Walmart and malls are nearby for any needs and food market is close too.
