Unit has a screened-in porch and the master bedroom also has it's own porch. The space was adequate for 8 people and all the amenities in the home were great (pots,pans, dishes). The location is still debatable as there is no real night life but that was a plus in the day since we didn't have to fight for room on the beach (located directly across the street) If you want a noisy night life you may want to stay in south Myrtle Beach.This area is nice and quiet at night! Overall I would definitely stay here again.

The service I recieved was wonderful. The staff was very nice. The home was very nice and clean. Very good location, across the street from the beach and only about 8 minutes away from the main shopping store.

We had a blast during our stay. Pl223 is great for families. It's not beach-front but it is a very short walk to the beach. We liked that we were not on the main strip but still, it is close to gas, food, shopping etc. There were beach chairs, beach toys and even boogie boards in the laundry room for us to use. Very family friendly!

Great location which is why we have been coming here for years. Office is easy to work with - never a hassle. Met very nice neighbors as well.
My Dad is almost 88. He absolutely loved the very warm pool (I heard there were complaints) - and I must say I didn't mind either... -

I was not informed of the changes with Homeowners. I also noticed that not all occupants were made to abide by the new rules. I also had issues with the room and equipment working properly. I would not stay here again.
