We rented three condos, two were clean and nice. The third was not clean, with dirty towels on the bathroom floors and I had to clean my bathroom floor to get the hair off it. I called the front desk and they sent someone to the room. This person removed the dirty towels, but did nothing else.

The pelican's landing is conveniently located, everything was about 5-8 miles radius. The beach is right across the street. The whole family enjoy the unit, we had a really great time and we are already making plans so go back next summer!!!

The accomodations were very nice and the unit was well stocked in the kitchen. Rooms were very clean and we really had a good time...highly reccommend staying there

I have to say I couldn't believe that I picked such a great location via the internet. Shore Drive was perfect.We actually like being across the street from the beach rather than 'on the beach'. We could easily walk to the apache Pier, Ocean annie's and River City Cafe are located across the street. The convenient store along with a pizza parlor, ice cream shop, walk up food service and Flip Flops Food & Bar are located next door to the property. It is a short drive to Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach without feeling like you are caught in the tourist trap.
The condo: Pelican Landing #227 was clean and suited our purposes well. It is great that each unit has their own screened porch at the front of the unit.We will definitely stay her again. The only negative I have is that the bed's are very old and hard as a rock. -

We have rented in Pelican Landing for several years but at Pelican Landing 227 for the past 3 years. It has everything you need. The owners have equiped it with beautiful furnishings and the kitchen is equiped with everything you want and need. My only complaint is in the past year since the new agency took over, the condo was not as clean as it had been the past few years. There were crumbs(lots of them) under the end table and the drapes in the living room and bedroom were partially off the rod. It did not make for a nice appearance when entering the condo. I fixed the draperies but I feel that should have been done before we entered for our week stay. We will still vacation at Pelican Landing 227 but hopefully these minor things will be improved.

Pelican's Landing was situated in the perfect spot for golfing, beach, resturants and anything else you wanted to do.
The rooms were good size, clean and comfortable to hang out in and talk or watch TV.
We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend pelican's Landing as the place to stay. -

We have vacationed in Myrtle Beach for many years and have always stayed at Pelican Landing, although not always in the same condo unit. Pelican Landing is within walking distance to the beach and only a few minute drive to all the restaurants and attractions. It is midway between Barefoot Landing and Broadway on the Beach which makes it an ideal location.
