Home was very nice,service was great,very nice decor.very close to beach.was very quit, the only problem was the sheets were too small and kept comming off the bed.

The room and furnishings were nice. The veiw was great. The room was not clean when we checked in. The middle bathroom shower was broken. Outdoor table had a frame but no table top. Everything else was fine. I would stay here again, some basic repairs need made. Cleaning crew needs to do a better job or more time givin to them to clean.

The condo was very old and in desperate need of renovating, but the brochure said it had been recently renovated. Bed linens were provided, but we had to make the bed upon arrival. After traveling, the last thing we wanted to do was make 4 beds. The beds were low quality, and very uncomfortable. Wifi was provided, but no instructions/passwords were provided. We discovered this after the office had closed for the day, so had to wait until the next day to get service. The location was perfect though and the price was very reasonable.

Only complaint would be pots and pans were deficient for a 3-month stay. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and service was very good. We'll be back

Everything was very nice. We did not have any problems with anything except the DVD was in the master bedroom and the family had to crowd around to watch movies...It would have been nice to have it in the family room...We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again soon...

Harrisburg NCQuickly fixed the AC

When we got there, the condo was 87 degrees inside. Upon further checking, the AC unit was froze. The office lady promptly got a technician out there and it was fixed in a couple of hours and the unit began to feel comfortable.
We always stay in this area, and really enjoyed this unit, it faced the ocean, so every morning we could see the beautiful ocean from our 3rd. floor balcony. -

The condo was very nice and well furnished with ceiling fans in the living room and all bedrooms. The only problem we had was the bathroom outlets not working. After not being able to find the fuse box to check for a tripped breaker, I had to contact the office to find there are 2 breakers and both were hidden behind pictures in the hallways. Also, it would have been nice to have a DVD player in the living room for kids to watch videos.

This property is ideally located with decent ammenities and just across the road from a godd walk on the beach. For those who like a good stretch, the tanger Outlet is a 30 minute brisk walk. A quiet area and building close to many golf courses and easy access to all highways. Great people to deal with are the folks at Ocean Resorts. Will continue to return for golf and relaxation.
