We just spent a wonderful week at Pelican's Landing 331. It had all the basics we needed and more than enough room. The kids (3 under 7) loved having their own rooms and being able to watch movies each night in bed!The kitchen was stocked well enough with plates and cookware. The pool was heated which was great as the weather was poor for half of our stay. The kids still were able to swim in 55 degree weather, awesome. The only issue we had was that we got in late and went straight to dinner. When we got back we found out there were no sheets or towels in the unit. We were lucky though that someone came out to bring them to us at 930 at night! I would suggest walking the units before move in to make sure everything is ready for the next guest.

My family's stay at this property was excellent. The location was close to everything the beach, stores, and restaurants.The place was very clean and it was nice to have all the needed things like washer, dryer, dish washer, plates, and utensils. We stayed for 4 days & 3 nights and it was very, very pleasant. My family plan to make this a yearly vacation spot.

My familiy and I truly enjoyed our stay at unit 331, Pelican's Landing. The rooms were very clean and cozy. My entire family felt at home right away. When we do return to Myrtle Beach, we will definitely pick unit 331 as our first choice.

This is the first time we went on vacation this late in the summer season, August 16-20. However, the water was amazing warm and the stores and restaurants were not overcrowded. We love the condo - the amount of room and anemities are perfect. We can't wait to return in 2011!

Had a wonderful time. The grounds were kept very clean and neat. The pool was great! Never felt crowded. The room was nice. The cabinets needed wiped down, but I know it was a busy time of the year. The only other thing was we only got 6 wash clothes for 4 people, so we had to wash them just about every day for everyone to have a clean one. Other than that everything was plenty supplied.

Great location, pool adjacent to the building, short walk to the ocean, close to Restaurant Row, Shopping and Entertainment. Facilities well maintained and staff is very courteous.

We really enjoyed staying at Pelican's Landing. It was our first time to Myrtle Beach and it won't be our last!! It was also my son's first time to the beach. He had his sixth birthday on our trip. He absolutely loved the trip.
Pelican's heated pool was a big hit with him. The temperatures weren't the warmest but with the heated pool life was grand.
It is an easy walk across the street to the beach.
Stores, Restaurants were close by.
The grills were also a big plus so that we could cook out and enjoy company with friends.
We would highly reccomend Pelican's landing.
Also the rooms were spacious and everything was very clean.
