With the beach just footsteps away, Pelican's Landing is situated on Myrtle Beach’s acclaimed Shore Drive, and is a great place to have a family-friendly vacation or romantic getaway. The beach welcomes you to this bright fourth-floor three-bedroom oceanfront condo featuring a skylight for optimal sunshine and fantastic views of the ocean. Relax in comfort surrounded by classic beach decor, calming neutral colors and a hand painted entrance way. This condo sleeps six people with two queen beds and two twin beds. Additional features include a wet-bar area, 2TV's and 2 DVD's. NO MOTORCYCLES ALLOWED

This was my second trip staying at this condo. I go with a group of 5-6 women for golf, beach and fun, and this place if perfect. It's a beautiful condo right on the ocean so it's such a joy to wake up to the sound of waves. It's a few short steps down from Ocean annies so if you feel like sitting at a beach bar, you don't have to walk far. It's also far enough away where if you want some quiet beach time it's all yours.

The room was pretty nice.. a little dated, but clean. -

i was not informed that I would not have access to a washer and dryer. That is one of the biggest reasons i rent from pelicans landing or pelicans watch. We were given lines but we had nowhere to clean them. I was told that we could use a washer and dryer in another unit across the street! I am on vacation! I dont want to run back and forth across the street in 97 degree heat. My husband and to talk with the manager, whose name was Jim. We were told he would call us but he never did. This was after we asked for fresh towels and were told that we are only allotted one set per stay. That would be great if i could have washed them. We had a toilet that was slow moving and we calle to have it repaired and noone ever came. The room was not particularly clean. There was an inch of dust on the closet door in the hallway and dust on the light fixtures and the whole place smelled. I went and bought a can of air freshener and sprayed everday. I have been renting from this place for almost 20 years and this is the first time that I was unhappy. But not having a washer and dryer was areallly big deal for us. You have all these rules about not hanging towels and blankets on the balcony or the furniture. Thats difficult when you have no dryer to dry your things. At night, if we went out to walk on ;the beach, we could not rinse our feet because the pool area was locked up and that is where the hoses were!

What a great place for the entire family!
It was myself, my husband, our adult children with their spouses and one grandchild. We had plenty of room to be with each other and plenty to have our own privacy. We had to rent a crib and the ease of it was just that. We loved the balcony for early mornings and evenings. what a great location! The one thing I would like to see improve for next year is updated televisions. Having said that we will definately be back!!
