This third-floor three-bedroom oceanfront corner condo offers some of the best views available on Shore Drive and the side windows bring in tons of sunshine. Every year the first full week of May - my friends and I come to Myrtle Beach. We leave Kentucky to come to the beach for a huge Ky Derby party. lol **5 of us have stayed at Pelican's Watch 307 for the past 5 or 6 years. Our other friends stay in different units at Pelican's Watch. We love 307. It is very accomodating for our needs. It is fairly private since it is an end unit. We usually wind up at Flip Flops bar several nights during the week. Fun times!!!

Upon entering our apt. there was plaster falling from the ceiling in the living room and a big dead water bug on the floor. The new refrig and faucet were nice but the apt could use a major upgrade.

Unit 307 was almost perfect! The only thing we noticed needed fixing was the ceiling. In the living room, bits of the paint(?) kept falling on the floor.
Other than that the condo had a good, cozy atmosphere. We really enjoyed being there in that condo.
For the last 20 yrs. we have stayed in Pelican's Landing or Watch and this definitely was one of the nicest!
Thanks also for your hospitality. The Grand Strand people have always been the best to work with.

Our vacation at Pelican Watch was a wonderful experience. Our condo was perfect for our family consisting of grandparents, parents and two teenagers. The condo was spotless and well equipped. There was a variety of interests for all and the beach was fantastic, just steps away from our condo.
