One of the most sought after end units since it is closest to the beach with fantastic views and overlooks the largest pool at Seawatch

Some guest say that upon entering the unit the feel like they are on a cruise

ship with water views from everywhere. This is because it is and end unit

closest to the beach and overlooking the largest pool at Seawatch. Some of our guest were even able to work not from home but from this luxurious unit with high speed internet.

This gorgeous unit is located in the highly desirable North Tower.

It is an end unit which provides panoramic views of the ocean and pools directly below from just about everywhere. Professionally upgraded with new flooring and carpeting and a modern walk in shower in the hall guest bath, truly unique at Seawatch Resort.

Awaken each morning to the sounds of the ocean, and fantastic views from either of our two direct oceanfront balconies. See the schools of porpoises right off the beach from either of these two balconies. We chose this gorgeous unit because of the popular open floor plan and gorgeous views directly on the beach and the large pool at Sea Watch directly below. The unit has now been professionally decorated and is truly a gorgeous unit and upscale unit. The unit is located in the highly desirable North Tower which has all of the amenities. These amenities include the Captain's Cove ocean front restaurant, pool side tiki-bar, pool side DJ twice a week during the spring and summer seasons, concierge, game room, fitness center, Starbucks ice cream /coffee shop in season, and the larger of all of the pools. This large pool gets full sun the entire day. The pools in the South Tower are also very nice but are half covered by shade by early afternoon. Certainly as a guest at Sea Watch, you are free to use any of the pools.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with it's own full bath, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and private access to the 2nd full bath, and the third bedroom has two full size beds. All bed have new mattresses.

The kitchen has been completely renovated with granite counter tops, an under mount sink, new refrigerator and flat top stove and pendant lighting over the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your needs. We have also installed a new washer and dryer in the unit.

The living room has all new furniture with a queen size pull out sofa with extra padding and custom draperies, new ceramic flooring in the living area, and a new 55 inch wall mounted TV. Now all bedrooms have 40 inch wall mounted TV's. There is also new dining room furniture with kitchen bar stools to match and new lighting. It is truly a gorgeous unit as the many guest reviews state ! The unit is always kept immaculately clean as reported on our guest reviews.
