Arbor House #20 was the perfect choice for our vacation this year! It was a pleasant 2 minute stroll to a beautiful stretch of beach. The cottage was so well supplied with anything and everything you could ever want or need in a vacation rental! I don't think anything has been overlooked! We loved it!!

My husband and I spent a wonderful week in this perfect cottage the week of Christmas. It was amazing! A pleasant 2 minute stroll to the beach, where it was mainly us and the seagulls! It was just a 5 minute drive to the supermarket! This charming house is so well supplied with anything and everything you could ever want or need in a vacation house!! Absolutely nothing has been overlooked! Thank you for a fantastic week! We can't wait to return!

Overall my stay was pretty good, but location of property was not good. Buildings on every side, last building in row, and parking from end of building was impossible for 2 large SUVs. I didn't have a map of property before I rented and map I was given did not show property how it truely was. Distance from beach wasn't an issue but closeness of other buildings and covered pool from another property was. I would not rent this unit again, maybe end unit, but will not rent a place I have not physically seen. We usually stay at Anchorage but it was not available for th 4 days we needed. This was a stay that was unplanned until the week before. Will not come again probably unless i have more notice and probably will only stay at Anchorage.

we just love staying at Arbor House. My only complaint is changing the bed in the spareroom to bunk beds. I understand it is great for kids...but we had 4 adults and it was not the most economical for us. Hopefully next time we will get a house with 2 double beds.
