My golf group has stayed in this property in the past. Generallay we continue to stay here based on the location. We were pleasantly suprised to see the property had been spruced up. New linens on the beds, fresh coat of paint, and some minor general repairs. The property was clean upon our arrival. The only opportunity this property has are the beds, they could be more comfortable.

This is the 5th time I have stayed at an Arbor House and I would heartily recommend it to any group of golfers or family vacationers. It is close to golf, the beach and all attractions and has plenty of room for 4 golfers or families as big as 8!

Accommodations are convenient to: fine dining,(restraurant row), great shopping (mall, Tanger Outlet, Marshalls, Ross's), entertainment for the entire family (Pirate's Voyage, Carolina Opry, Alabama Theater, Barefoot Landing, and Broadway at the Beach), for the golfer, all the great courses you would ever want to play, and for the fisherman, an excellent fishing pier within walking distance. Great Trip!

We had a blast staying at Arbor house # 6. Its close to everything best of all close to the beautiful beach. We however noticed that the bed linens towels, paper towels, soaps, Bathroom tissue were not there when we arrived. We had to call for them to bring them in. Also there were several roaches in the rental some dead and some not. Generally the rental was not clean. There was dust on the baseboard, behind the headboards in the bedrooms the bathrooms had some mold on the curtains and the doors. Just a little more attention to this would truly improve the place. On a good note the AC was great and all appliances were working. All in all I would rent this rental again. Thanks CMT

The location of this house is fantastic. The pool was close to the house, and the beach was only a half block away. The unit does need some work. It was not very clean when we entered, the toilet seat was broken in one bathroom, the toilet paper roll was missing in one bathroom. The kitchen was not stocked well, there were no kitchen linens, only 4 glasses, and the knives were either broken or too dull to use. If improvements were made, we would recommend this house to others.

If at anytime our guests feel that a particular condo is not up to cleanliness standards, or not properly stocked, we will be right back out there to take care of the situation. For future guests, we provide a starter toiletry set and dish soap. We do not provide dish sponges / towels. Thank you so much for the feedback. We will take care of this.

The place was not as clean as it could be, The ac did not kick in good until next day, the 2 smaller bedrooms had no TV's & no over head lighting!The refridgerator had to be turned up all the way to keep things cold then it froze everything! The kitchen did not have the proper dishes for cereal & other things we needed to cook! Will never rent Arbor House #6 again!

I really enjoyed Myrtle Beach. The house was nice but it could use a little fixing up. The screen was ripped, a socket in the living room is uncovered and there was five tvs in the house but only three could be used. Housekeeping --- the ceiling fans were very dirty, the window screen in one of the bathrooms were very dirty. I have pictures to prove it if you guys would like. Also, the dish towels and pot holders were very nasty, and the telephone was also nasty. Other than those things, it was a nice house and will do it again.
Thank you for allowing us to experience Myrtle Beach.

We love these cottages but found #6 to be a little tired. There aren't enough dishes for a full house just little things and would not have complained about them but seeing you are asking. We love Myrtle Beach and the 4 bedroom Arbor's are our favorite. Thank You, The Middleton Family

Have stayed with M.B. Vacation Rentals for over ten years and have yet to have any major problems! Heating/air conditioning fan was not working properly and was repaired within 1 hour. Joey is an excellent maintenance liason person.
