Cottage was very clean and spacious. A nice decor with flat screens in every room. Nice kitchen,patio and garage space. I loved every minute of it. Very relaxed and comfortable.

There was a Cd palyer in the property but is was not operable. Any items present should be in working condition. We bought movies to watch because we were told a player was there. The property was not well dusred and cooking utensils/pots were scarce. Overall we had a great visit.

Thank you for your review. When any item is found to be not working we have 24 hour maintenance service that you could have called. A new CD player would have been delivered to you. After checking the service orders I see that no calls were made concerning the CD player. All units have fully stocked kitchens, if in the future you find any itmes missing please let us know and we will address the situation immediately.

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and I was delighted with our cottage. The only issue we had while there was the A/C filter needed to be changed, and when we notified the office, they had someone out within the hour. The cottage was nicely decorated/equipped. Would definitely recommend this place to any friends vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area!

the stay was good. bugs everywhere. dishes were dirty. People @ door daily with some kind of maintenance going on. people coming in unit while we were not there do replace filters spray for bugs. did not like that at all

This cottage is a great place to stay. It is always very well kept and clean. we have stayed in this cottage four times and always ask for this cottage. Location is great. My three grandsons love the place. We have never had a problem with the property or the service. Keep up the good work!

The 2012 rates for our company are are in line with all other vacation rental comapny's in Myrtle Beach. This particular guest did not contact the rental office during the stay. Therefore we were unable to attend to any issues that arose.

Unfortuneately, I did not fully read the instruction and I could not find the drop off box at the office so I dropped the keys at The Fairfield Inn. Everything else was A #1 as usual. We will certainly be back. Maybe in the fall on a golf trip.
