We rented Linda's condo for a week to celebrate are 30 anniversay. Her condo is really nice. We found it all we need for our stay. When we first got there opening up the patio doors and see that beautiful ocean everyday was wonderful. Condo was decorated really pretty. We found great places to eat dinner with great happy hours. Liberty on the Broadway great micro beer and happy hour deals. Lots of fun shops to go in. Mellow Mushroon good pizza and good happy hour. Filet had a good lobster special on Tuesday and happy hour. Overtime sports bar was a great place had there fish and chips and was the best I have had. Make sure you do some peel and eat shrimp was great. If you want a good combo BBQ place Kt's BBQ. Just a little place but good BBQ and sweet potato fries to die for. We would rent the condo again. Was really nice and in a good location.

We found the condo to be compact and very attractive. It was nicely decorated and very clean. Kitchen facilities were adequate for breakfasts and lunches. Cooking a full meal might haave been a little challenging. There was a beautiful view of the beach which was right out front. The condo was centrally located for shopping, dining and golf. Good accomodations for a couple.

I read so many positive reviews about this condo that I rented with confidence! Plus, after emailing and speaking with the owner, Linda, I was doubly sure this was the place to stay in Myrtle. Beautiful, spotless room, amazing beach view and very comfortable with upscale furnishings. Felt like a 5-star resort room. I highly recommend this condo rental!!!

This vacation for us was one of the best we've ever had. All we were looking for was a little R&R; and the rest just fell into place. Wow! That's all I need to say. This has to be the nicest place I have ever stayed in at Myrtle Beach. It is decorated beautifully, spotless and has everything you will need for your stay. Linda was great! Easy to work with and very accommodating. I look forward to staying here again.

We recently stayed here June 2011 and all the fixtures and little extras (beach chairs/umbrella ect.) that were provided were top notch and high quality! It was very comfortable there for our family. Usually I don't sleep that well on vacation, but not at this place. I really liked the code on the door so we did not have to keep up with a key. It was decorated really beachy and bright. The listing was all that it said it was and not misleading. We had more than enough towels for the week. Linda, the owner was so easy to work with and accomodating to us as well. I would recommend this place to a family member or friend as a great place for a small family or couple to stay at Myrtle Beach.

This is a newly furnished unit that gives a great beach vibe. Upon arrival we were greeted with a note and a bottle of wine which was a welcoming touch. The first thing I always look for is cleanliness and I was very pleased. Everything was not only clean, but so beautiful. The beds are very comfortable and there are extra linens if needed. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths. There were also paper towels and dish washing liquid. Little things make a big difference. We enjoyed the view from our room and loved listening to the ocean. This unit is directly above the pool and we enjoyed that as well. One of the best items is the beach chairs and matching umbrella. The chairs have insulated packets so you can take water or other items with you to the beach. We loved just sitting in the chairs watching the waves come in. The umbrella provides enough shade so you can stay as long as you want without burning. This is a great beach for walking. This is a convenient location and only takes a few minutes drive to get to shopping malls, attractions, and just about any restaurant you could want. Just a block away you have Pizza Hut, Fridays, Outback, and Dunkin Donuts to name a few. If you are planning a beach vacation, I think this is a wonderful place to stay. Not only was this unit new, clean, beautiful, and right on the beach, but the Sands Resort was also clean, beautiful, and well taken care of. One thing we enjoyed about the property was the indoor pool with two hot tubs, a dry sauna, and steam room. There are beautiful open areas to sit and watch the ocean while drying off from these activities. This is a wonderful place that we would love to visit again. Linda was very easy to talk to and most helpful answering our questions when we were trying to decide where to stay. If you are planning a trip to Myrtle Beach, I think you would love this place. We do. One other thing, don't worry about the deposit, as she will refund it quickly.

Enjoyed every minute. Our stay here was wonderful. Room is beautifully decorated and very clean. Has everything you would need to complete your stay. Mango's was delicious and very convenient. Nice to have the beach umbrella and chairs. The keyless entry was wonderful also. The pizza place, aracade, ice cream and convienent store were a plus with small children. Linda was wonderful to work with and helped with all the details to the very end. Would recommened to anyone and will return!

Recently stayed in this unit for ten days. It was as described and even more so!! Our unit came fully equiped including a great coffee maker. The beds were extremely comfortable. Furniture lived up to our expectations and more. What can a person say about watching the sun rise over the ocean or seeing a full moon light up the water. Elevator was just across the hall no waiting. Restaurant on site served good food and inan efficient manner. Close to everything you want to do at the Beach.

My husband and I stayed here over the Valentine's weekend and had a wonderful time! This was our first visit ever to Myrtle Beach; we traveled from California to visit the east coast and we're pleasantly surprised with the area and our accommodations. The room was beautiful; located beach front on the 7th floor, impeccably clean with all new furniture and amenities showcasing a Tommy Bahama theme which was accented by the view of the ocean from our balcony. Watching sunrises, indulging in wonderful wines and falling to sleep with the sounds of the waves rolling along the shore - all from the comfort of our room! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone; my husband and I do plan on returning in the future!

My husband and I just returned from spending our vacation at Sand Dunes. We have never stayed anywhere that was as spotless and well equipped as this condo was. If it wasn't there, you didn't need it. Linda was very special. She even offered to come to the airport to pick us up if we didn't have a ride from there to the condo. Who does that??? The beachy theme of the condo and the view of the ocean were unbeatable. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

My wife and I stayed here for four nights and couldn't have been more pleased. The room is one of the nicest I have ever stayed in at Myrtle Beach. The place really is like new new, as it had been remodeled. Even the bell man that brought our bags made the comment that he hadn't seen a another room in the hotel that was that nice. The beds and linens were great also. The hotel has plenty to do and a lot of great places to eat. While the hotel was nice it was the room that sold me on staying there and I couldn't have been more pleased. I definitely plan to return!

We absolutely loved the Sand Dunes Resort. Great location close to many nice restaurants and stores. Our condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable. It had everything you would need. It was great waking up and looking at the ocean. What a beautiful view. This condo is terrific and we enjoyed every moment. The owner renovated the unit totally with all new furniture, kitchen, bathroom, carpet, mattresses, pictures...everything is like new. The unit is spotless. The owners we're great and made our family feel at home. We are going back. Enjoy!

The room is exactly as described - all brand new, lovely and bright. Perfect decorations for a beachside location. The room is very clean. All towels and linen were top notch. Linda was so helpful and considerate, we were tentative booking as there was a hurricane possibility and she was so accomodating of us. The location was amazing, right on the beach, great pools in the complex. Walking distance to Starbucks, but there is a good coffee maker in the room. Mangoes restaurant in the building was fabulous and I would highly recommend it . We couldn't eat all our food and ended up taking half of it back to the room for later. The room is very quiet, it is on the end of the buildng and we didn't hear any noise the whole time we were there. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a place where all you need to do is relax - we had a very hard time leaving!

This was easily one of the best stays I have had anywhere. We were right on the beach with a perfect 7th floor view of the ocean. We spent our days in the supplied beach chairs under the umbrella enjoying the sun and the waves, our evenings eating at many of the local restaurants and our nights relaxing in comfort in the room. The beds are comfortable and the decor was perfectly beachy. Rent this condo now, just don't take it next year when we plan on returning to it! :)
