The house was not at all what it was reported to be. It was not updated. It was very dirty - especially the carpeting. The kitchen was very ill equipped. The upstairs bathrooms were dirty. We were not told it would be beside a parking garage! And the blinds on the window beside the garage were gone. My daughter in law sat on a swing which collapsed with her (she is not obese!) The spiral staircase about which we were not informed was an accident waiting to happen. It was shaky and and loose from the wall in one place. There was a weight limit listed which prevented some in our group from carrying children on the stairs and they were too dangerous for any of the children to navigate on their own so we had to go outside to change floors.

While we thoroughly enjoyed out time with family, the house left a lot to be desired. It was comfortable, but we had to call for more dishes and glasses. We had inspected the house in February before we came in June and we were assured by Condolux that there would be sufficient dishes and utensils. That was not taken care of. Had to call for at least four repairs. The worst being that the sewer was overflowing and evidently the lawn people didn't notice or just couldn't be bothered to report it. The pool bottom was in disrepair and if we had not reported it, I am sure that it would not have been fixed. So since the house was in foreclosure, perhaps the new owners have made improvements!

My family and I enjoyed our stay alot in fact we are going back next year. I thought the house size was great for the number of people that went. We loved the fact we had our own pool. The beach was easy to get too. The only thing was we did have a small problem with cockroaches. They were mostly discovered downstairs. I assume this is a problem for a lot of places in the south. We adjusted, some slept with lights on all night worried about it, but all in all it was definitely worth it..

that was are 2nd year to come down and stay at same place,sunday and monday we had nothing but problems,but with Martins help it was all taken care of and we had a blast the rest of our stay,Thank you

Was disappointed that we had to wait 3 additional hours (6pm) to check into our room as the place was not ready. 1 of the beds did not have a comforter.
Decided to grill one evening, ran out of propane. There were 3 tanks and all three were empty.
Remote control boxes for some of the tv's were either missing or didn't work.
Digital cable boxes were not hooked up/working
Wireless cable was inoperable.
When I tried to call the provided number for maintenance it disconnected me. -

Rented this beach house for the week of Thanksgiving. My family is spread out over 3 states and this allowed us to spend Thanksgiving together. Plenty for everyone to do, close to the ocean, shopping, and places to eat. The house was in good shape and had plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of parking space. Beds were comfortable. House was clean. Check in/out was easy. Price was good for this time of year. Everyone was happy and now they want me to host Thanksgiving every year. Would definately do this again.
