This wonderful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the perfect family rental that will leave both the kids and adults happy, being warm and inviting and comfortably furnished as well. This home sleeps 6 people comfortably. This moderate ocean view 2 BR condo sleeps 6 with a 32" flat screen in the LR and 26" flat screens in both bedrooms. Enjoy the hardwood flooring inside, and the wonderful dining area that sits 6 people comfortably, where you and your family and friends can enjoy delicious meals together! Lounge around in the living area in the evenings and enjoy watching a movie all together!

This property was selected for lack of bunk beds, simple decoration and furnishings. We have a 5 yr old (the loud one) and 20 month old (the climber) and we liked the closeness to the elevator on that we did not have neighbors on one side. Upon arrival we discovered a broken toilet seat, and less than clean kitchen floor. I called maintenance and they came within 5 minutes to repair and clean. The front leg on the living room coffee table came off while maintenance vacuumed and they took care of that immediately as well. Remote for 2nd bedroom Tv is only able to power on&off.; The sliding door off the eating area doesn't lock, but it is very hard to slide open so we didn't worry about little ones getting onto balcony. All appliances worked easily however the stove didn't have a bottom heating element so it took a while to preheat. I really would recommend this unit to others. We were really picky because of the littlest one. The resort is awesome! The kids loved the lazy river play area and the tide pool that develops in front of the resort at low tide! I loved the sundeck right next to our unit. Also laundry machines on every floor (change machine on 3rd floor only), very handy!

My family and I have stayed in this unit several times over the past 3 years, and each time have found it to be in great condition, clean, and very tastefully decorated. We have 2 children who love the resort because of the numerous swimming pools on-site, the lazy river that is just outside the building this unit is located in, and the beach which is just steps from the building. Wife and I enjoy the on-site beach bar which has live music most evenings as well. I've had the opportunity to speak with the units owner, he was a great guy and was willing to accommodate us for future rentals. I'm a golfer and the location is great for the golfer in your group. Very convenient to the courses. Highly recommend this rental

The place was spotless when we arrived and the unit was in excellent condition. You can tell this unit was updated compared to other units at Myrtle Beach resort. We had a great time enjoying this home away from home.

This is our second time staying in this unit (fist time was Sept. 2010) and both times we had a fabulous time. The condo is clean and decorated nicely, the complex is wonderful with lots of stuff to do and the beach is gorgeous. We'll definitely be back again!

this unit was very well maintained. It is updated and homey. We didn't feel like we missed abeat from home. It's like a home away from home. It has a great location central to the beach the "adult" pool and teh kiddie pool and playground. We will most definitely rent this unit again. As for the resort itself it was wel maintained, we felt secure and never had any issues.
