After already paying in full 4 months in advance on a 2-room condo in the Tower I had chosen by their on-line photos, I was notified I was being put into another condo. Upon checking in we found the 'new' condo to be in very poor condition with outdated wicker furniture and ridiculously old and small TVs. The pull-out bed was worthless so we had to make one child sleep on the couch for 8 days instead of the pull-out bed. The rooms were dirty so we spent some time cleaning ourselves. Our group consisted of three kids and two adults. We decided to spend as little time in the condo as possible. The beach was very nice, access to the pools was easy. It was a busy week there so pool chairs and loungers were very hard to come by. The elevators were crazy slow with lines waiting to get on at all times of the day. The live music in the evenings was nice at the quarter deck. It was an easy drive to town for adventures out and about. Overall we were expecting more bang for the buck. We may come back after trying others out first but definitely without kids as the extra space needed was not adequate enough for us...

This was second time for us in this unit we were overall pleased however when we arrived our shower in the master bath was broken.maintenance came up and fixed this in a timely manner,the other problem was that there were small bugs that had invaded all of myrtle beach which was not the falt of anyone,however our deck was loaded with them i meen by the thousands again i realize you cannot control that no one can but it would have been very helpfull if someone checked the unit before our arrival because after we cleaned the deck off which took my wife over an hour we were able to keep them in check. The slideing glass doors did not have screens which would have been very helpfull with these bugs the year before the bugs did not exist so opening the doors without screens was not a problem.The unit overall is very nice and was clean,it could use new furniture both inside and better chairs on deck.The whole complex is well run and clean with absolutely a great location along with security being helpfull and cutious.Overall we were pleased and would stay there again.

Rooms were clean. Kitchen was roomy. Beds were somewhat comfortable. Mattresses had a plastic covering that we did not like but was for our protection I'm sure. View was fabulous! Staff was very friendly. We had to call maintenance on a leaky faucet and they were there within 15 minutes - very customer focused.

The service was great, everyone very helpful and nice. The condo was gorgeous, nicely decorated. Good location, enjoyed the patio overlooking the beach the most. Will come back to your resort whenever in Mrytle.

Unit clean & roomy, Ocean view but patio protrudes outward improves ocean view & waves sound at night. Kitchen amenities very good Disappointed with phone service not working on arrival, waited 3 days for activation. Glass coffee table top not available on arrival, Friday. Maintenance show up with new glass top on Monday did not fit, assured us they would be back on Tuesday. Never came back . Used cardbourd boxes as coffee table. Communication between Front desk & repaires could be improved, Guests should not be left in the dark

The unit has a nice view, but that's where the good news ends. Most of the furnitue needs to be replaced. The master bathroom has a padded toilet seat. That is gross! The beds have plastic mattress covers that make noise when you move. The bed covers all need to go in the trash.
