Location was great,service good and people very friendly.The condo we chose looked so neat and clean in the picture...but what a disappointment!The furniture was filthy! I asked housekeeping for extra sheets to cover it so we could sit,however they never showed up!I had to go buy sheets from Walmart just so we could feel a little comfortable.The main bathroom wallpaper was disgustingly filthy.The carpet in the 1st bedroom looked as if someone got sick on it and tried to clean it but was unsuccessful.The kitchen table was all scratched up.thank goodness we didn't spend time inside.I wouldn't be able to spend the week.Then on Friday night for no apparent reason the pool closed and we couldn't enjoy the evening in the pool! this is not the first time we rented from this resort and we really like the location,however it will be our last if your pictures are so deceiving.Does no one check these properties to set standards?
We also had a maintenance issue,which to our surprise was taken care of immediately with no recourse.

I am sorry to have to tell you about this rental. However we have been staying at this resort for three times now and this is the first time we were unhappy. The restroom had hair all over the floor. The tubs still had sand in them, as well as water not draining. There was two roaches on the floor. Sand was in the beds and a stain on the sheets. Dishes were not clean. Chairs on the deck were broken, and rips in the chairs at the kitchen table. Garbage disposal was shooting up water on the other side as well. We were also upset about the bar. Our family likes to dance but we could not because of karaoke music every night. If you want to make money at the bar people need to dance more. There was even one night where my family did not even go down there. The outside pools was very dirty and cloudy. One more thing if you want to make more money you might want to put more food down at the pool by the beach like you have at the lazy river. Thank you for your time. We are hoping to be able to come again and enjoy it like we have in the past. I feel as if I did more when I left then you did in getting ready for us.

i did review previously but receiving the current e mail i am not sure you received it.
although we have been to myrtle beach resort for 5 or 6 yrs we were very upset about the condition of the condo we rented. first had maintenance come in to fix the burners on the stove. when she arrived she fixed the stove and noticed i did not have a coffee pot. opened the dishwasher and it was there, the dishwasher was full. she offered to empty it but assuming they were clean i declined. after unpacking i opened the dishwash and it was full of dirty items. called the office and was told they would send housekeeping. this was sat.in the early afternoon. no one showed up. i called again on sunday. we went out about 4p.m. and someone came after we left. we also noticed the blinds on the slider door didn't have a pole to pull them open or shut. maintence came and state he will have to order the replacement pole. we were there 2 weeks and had to use a laddle to open and close the blinds.
this is the first year that we have ever encountered this amount of problems in a condo we rented. although we hope to go back next year would not rent B215 again nor recommend it to anyone we know who may want to rent at the resort
Lots to do at this resort but it could use some updates.

Security allowed fireworks to be shot on the beach every night which is against the posted rules and then called my room at .10:00 one night to tell me to take my wet sandy towels off the balcony at night which was not a posted rule. Room had old appliances and was only moderately clean.

Enjoyed the resort very much. Great access to beach and enjoyed the Oceanfront Pool and the Kiddie Pool with lazy river. Condo in need of a few repairs - Kitchen stove not in good shape. Not enough silverware. Overal resort in great shape - nicely landscaped and maintained.

The home was very nice and we felt comfortable. The location is good for families...Most attractions were not within walking distance, but only a short drive..
You had all the amenities we needed and more..If you didn't want to leave the property you really didn't have too. The only issues we had with the home we stayed at was the furniture was dirty and stained. We just threw the extra sheet over it as a cover. The bedrooms could use larger dressers also. General service was good and friendly. The home was great except for a few things, like couch needed to be cleaned, more towels for the bath & kitchen, other than that it was great. The location was great. Best was location and least, I don't have one.
