This is a large resort. The buildings and grounds are maintained nicely. We loved the location in Myrtle Beach.
Unfortunately the condo itself is in bad need of an update. The deck furniture was all broke, the living furniture was very outdated and worn. The closets were very small and loaded up with extra blankets, comforters and pillows. The master bath was very outdated. We would rent this unit again if updates are made. -

The resort is very nice. The room is nice only problem is the sofa bed is in bad shape, doesn't want to fold out, I thing it was sprung. Luckily young children were sleeping on it and they didn't weigh enough to realize how uncomfortable it would be for an adult. Dishwasher broke down last day and got left washing a lot of dishes. Resort sent maintenance very quickly but they were not able to fix since the problem was in the control panel.
We would definitely stay again. -

We stayed at this rental and when we first got there the commode was loose to the floor, the sliding glass door lock was broke, The dishwasher only worked half the time, Chair was broken in the dining room which they fixed for us. The resort fix the door and the commode but it came loose again. This was not one of our better rooms that we rented. The appliances should be updated such as Tv's and microwave and dishwasher. It could have been a little bit cleaner.

The condo was not very clean and the kitchen did not have many necessary items. We had to wash towels a few times during the week as well as buy our own toilet paper. The staff was very unfriendly with the exception of the people who check you in.

my family and i truly enjoyed our stay; however, i would add one suggestion concerning cleanliness. I suggest using a vacuum on the couch to remove things not clearly visible to the eyes such as hairs etc.

check in was very pleasant no waiting. the condo was nicely decorated, beautiful granite kitchen. the grounds were lovely, we felt like we were at an island. the pools were kept clean and the beach was beautiful

We were originally in a different unit and it was absolutely awful. They moved us to this one and what a difference. It was clean and bright with a wonderful view. The only complaint I have is the pull out couch was not comfortable (springs were missing). I will definitely book this unit again!

The people were nice and the location was very good however, the room was unsanitary. There was a sticky film all over the kitchen and living room furniture and counters. The toilet had urine stains on it. We had to sanitize everything prior to sitting on anything. I went through a half of a can of Lysol in 20 minutes. I should not of had to do that. I expected a very clean room for what we paid. It didn't bother me that it was somewhat of an older condo but it should have been clean. I probably won't stay again.

upon arrival the hall bathroom tolit was clogged and had to unstop it before use. The aC unit was so load could not sleep the first night and had to keep it off the next nights to sleep. Every one of the maintenance and cleaning crew would knock and open the door with out waiting to see if we was dressed or not. Very rude!!!
Do not look to use this place again! -

My stay in Myrtle Beach was very enjoyable. The apartment was very nice and tastefully decorated. I especially liked the updates that were done in the kitchen. The only thing I was not pleased with was the bathroom (not just this apt, but all the apts that I have rented in the past). I find the bathrooms to be very dark & the heavy shower curtains make the shower even darker. The water drains very slowly making the shower very slippery.
But overall I was very happy with the apartment and I especially like the social atmosphere of the Resort. I found everyone (security guards, maintenance employees and other guests) to be very pleasant.
