We requested this unit (A412) as we had stayed there a couple of years ago and were quite pleased with it. The overall cleanliness and appearance were good but the furniture and appliances are dated and in need of replacement. During or stay the refrigerator quit working and although they finally replaced the unit, we had to replace our spoiled food twice. We feel that we, the renter should not be held responsible for lost or spoiled food due to faulty appliances. Overall we enjoyed our stay(5th year) and have already booked for next year.

I and my friends truly enjoyed our stay at the Myrtle Beach Resort. We were down to the wire with getting a place and luckily this apartment was open. Steps from the lovely pool and steps to the beach, Quarterdeck and anything else you would be there to do. It was the first time down to the Myrtle Beach area for my friends and they said it was the best time they have had on a vacation in a "long" time! Thanks for calling me when I inquired!

Very nice condo. Sliding glass door in kitchen area did not close all the way and was left partly open when we arrived. We tried to close it but to no avail. Would also recommend additional lighting in the bedrooms as they are very dark. Lightbulbs were also blown in living room lamp. Baseboards in masterbathroom looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time - dust, hair, dirt accumulated on them.
