New yorkNice stay, with some complaints

Good location with little kids. Ground floor, very close to kiddie water park. Several lights missing lightbulbs, housekeeping oversight? Kitchen balcony blind broken. Wireless Internet very poor, could rarely get or keep a connection. Had many family members at nearby hotels that had to pay $5/day to visit us. Not a very fair fee, they were not using the facilities, just visiting us. Pools very busy, add more or stop allowing public to come in. Great friendly check inn service!

First vacation of the year and it was a success. We got to the grounds pretty late, but the security guards were extremely helpful in getting us into our room and parked. (motorcycles are not allowed near the condo's but they have a separate parking lot with 24hr security, well away from front gate) Our room was the first floor of a building. It was so nice. Housekeeping did a great job with cleaning the condo and it smelled like fresh flowers everytime we came in. They have heated pools, hot tubes, lazy river, and so much more! Great place for families. The only issue would be the hot water doesnt last very long (barely enough for one person to take a shower) and the beds were really hard. Worst part is I booked the room in Feb for a May trip and wished I would have waited bc they run deals the closer you get. Would have saved almost $200.00 on my room. Overall though I am extremely happy and cant wait to go back!!
