This home is new and was a model home. It has the best of everything, from countertops to flooring. You will absolutely LOVE this home for your vacation. There are flat screen televisions in every bedroom and in the living room. This home is located on a private cul de sac and has key entry only to a private swimming pool shared by the other 5 homeowners on this street. You can walk to the beach and return home for a nice evening on the deck or by the pool. Very quiet area, away from the noise of the beach, but close enough to enjoy it.
