Lovely period house in a peacful rural setting. Only 25 mins from Dublin city, 2 miles from Kill village and 4 miles from Naas. Enjoy a wholesome Irish breakfast with home made brown bread and fresh free range eggs.
Ideal for an overnight stay if going to the races in Punchestown or visiting Goffs Bloodstock Sales.
We are close to The K Club and Killashee House Hotel and City West Hotel and only 30 - 35 minutes drive from Dublin Airport.
As we are just 2 miles from the N7 Moate House is an ideal place to stay for easy access to Dublin and all the city has to offer.

Visited for the Punchestown Festival, great location for both Punchestown and Naas. Very well looked after by Mary, excellent accommodation and wonderful breakfast. Thank you very much.

Stayed at the B&B; during the Oxegen Festival. Booked at the last minute and Mary the owner was very helpful. It was literally 5 mins outside of the town and less than 10 mins to the Racecourse.
The rooms were spacious and clean - breakfast was absolutely fantastic - you've got to try Mary's homemade bread!!

Brilliant Guest House!!
Mary gave us really good directions to her house. We were really surprised as we had booked last minute and didn't know what to expect. On arrival we were greated with gorgeous home made scones and tea. The house felt really homely and Mary was so kind. We later discovered there was also a pool and jacuzzi which was a bonus as you don't normally get this in B&Bs; in Ireland. There's a little village nearby with a few shops and bars and it's a great location if you are going to Punchestown Racecourse. Mary was kind to bring us to and from Punchestown which we were very gratefull for. We got a lovely freshly cooked full Irish breakfast which I couln't fault.
Overall it was a great place and we had a brill time. We are definately recommend it and are also considering going back to The Moate house for a weekend!!
