Location was everything ! Great ocean and sound views. Very comfy feeling, plenty of room for four women, didn't need a thing to make us feel at home. We spent time shopping, eating out ,seeing Maneto,Bodie Lighthouse,rode over to rodanthe ,and had great time at Janettes Pier. Best of all was time spent around kitchen table drinking coffee, snacking, talking and playing games. Thanks Resort Realty for providing us with great place to stay and outstanding service!

The Landings at Sugar Creek (unit 313) was perfect. We enjoyed amazing sunrise views over the atlantic and gorgeous sunset views over the sound. A great location, walking distance from the beach, pier, and outlet mall. The outdoor pool and bar area was also very nice. (Would love to have had a hot tub :( too). The property was in good working condition and very clean. The elevators was very slow, but the stairs provided nice exersise. The unit had all the comforts of home, everything we needed and then some. Upon our arrival we joked about the size of the tv's in the bed rooms (a little small) funny thing is we never even thought about turning any of the tv's on our whole weekend ;-) I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who wants to enjoy a five star beach vacation without spending and arm and a leg.

This was the most amazing place. My husband and I cannot wait to stay here again. The apartment was amazing. The couch and the bed were so comfortable. We loved all of the amenities that this place had to offer. It was the first year we had: a w/d, internet/balcony/full kitchen/two and a half bathrooms/pool (for my husband)/ a great view of the Sound. Sugar Creek is seconds away from beach access, Tanger Outlet(s), a fantastic fish market, Jeanette's Fishing Pier, gas station, and more! Sugar Creek is five mins from Manteo, mins from Kitty Hawk and Kill Devil Hills. From Nags Head you can get to the Ocracoke Ferry in 45 mins and is 45 mins from Corolla. I hate to recommend, only because we want this place for ourselves! Five star all the way!

The condo had plenty of room for our family of 6. The kitchen was well equipped for our daily breakfast and dinners in (including a pot big enough to boil crabs). The carpet needs to be replaced, several of us tripped over the pulls. Yes, we could see the ocean, but didn't want to risk walking across the 4 lane highway so had to drive to the beach. Elevator was not working 3 of the days we were there so we walked 3 flights up/down- but we needed the exercise after all the great restaurants that are very close. The pool was clean and never crowded. It was easy to check in and out. We will look for a condo or house that lets us walk to the beach next time.

The condo was super. We enjoyed the space, the decor etc. We were certainly spoiled! The location was convenient to taking in dining, entertainment and beaches. Coquino Beach was just 6-7 miles down the road towards Hatteras - we were there daily!

The condo was clean and had all the amenities that we needed for the weekend. Each bedroom has their own T.V. which was helpful with 4 children. After a day at the beach everybody could unwind and there were no fights over programing. My wife enjoyed that it was a short walk to the oulet mall next door. It was a great relaxing weekend. Paul B

The inside of the condo was beautiful and spacious. The views from the deck were magnificent. I would definitely return for the summer months so I can sit out and enjoy in the warm sunshine.

After travelling for years with a very large, extended family, this was the first year that I had the pleasure of vacationing with just my wife and our two daughters (5 years old and 10 months). From the reservationist that I spoke with in March, through the check in process and down to the maintenance staff that was needed to fix a cable TV issue, I could not be more impressed with the Resort Realty experience. The condo was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our needs. After several, lackluster rental experiences with other services in the past, we were hesitant but this property and the staff that services it far surpassed every expectation that my family and I had. To quote my 5 year old..."This was the best vacation ever!" I could not agree more.
