September Delight was just what my family of four was looking for, comfort, location, and amenities. This beach front property was exactly right. We each had our own bedroom, and the comfortable living spaces were great. Close to good food,fun shopping, and easy access to tourist points as well. We would stay here again, anytime.
Resort Reality was great - but visits from maintience crew need to be scheduled when guests are renting and workers need a work id if they come to units when they are occupied - not a big deal, but was surprized when a maintience knock on the door woke me up on Sunday morning. -

The condo was beautiful and the location is great. The views were spectacular. I love this condo and will probably try to rent it again next year. It is beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need. Resort Realty was so easy to work with. We loved the whole experience!!

We have been coming to the Outer Banks for about 5yrs now and this has been the best ever. The beach just feet from our door and our rental was really nice.

Rented this unit last year and again this year. There was no local phone book. There was nowhere to be found a phone jack for a phone to be used in the living room, master bedroom, kitchen and dining room. That was a bummer. If the phone in a back bedroom rang, would not necessarily hear it in the master bedroom, kitchen, dining room, living room. Previous owner had phone jack in kitchen wall and a phone on the kitchen counter. Lighting in living room very poor. Previous owner had ceiling fan and light by fireplace and new owner took down ceiling fan and light. Could not read at night sitting on sofa or love seat. Had to request lamp from Resort Realty who took their time bringing a lamp into the unit for us.No pillows had pillow protectors. None. Had to purchase pillow protectors before using the pillows. No pillows were in plastic bags or any bags. No blankets, no bedspreads were in plastic bags either. Pillows and blankets seemed dirty. Yuk. Unit is spacious. Views are great. Deck was northeast. Weather was extremely windy for our stay. Southeast deck would have been preferable. Wind seemed to come from northerly direction. Wind so bad some times we could not sit out on deck. There was no table on deck. We prefer eating out on the deck in the oceanfront condo. Wish owner had invested in an inexpensive table for us and others using the unit.

We have stayed at Sepetember Delight 2 years in a row now last being over the forth of July 2012..pleasantly surprised to see that some much needed remodeling was done when we went back this year. Love, love, love the location & the proximity to Janettes Pier.The condo was very roomy for 5 people. The view from the livingroom is awesome, very short walk to the ocean. Only reason i gave it 4 out of 5 is that i`ve decided i would like to take my maltese as OBX is very dog friendly but, Sept Delight unfortunately does not allow pets..but i do love the condo!

The condo was very dirty and had major fruit flys and ants, mold in the master bathroom, a broken recliner in the family room. This condo could have great possiblies if it was updated and was cleaned by a private or professional cleaning group. We were booked for a week Sat to Sat and left on Wed because we felt dirty and we bought cleaner and 2 different bug sprays as well as WD 40 so we could get the deck slider open to go on the deck.

Condo is spacious. However, it needs to be fixed up a bit. King mattress in master bedroom is soft like a marshmallow. The King daybed in second bedroom gotta go! I read a previous reviewer's comment that it is uncomfortable. I would go further and said it must be replaced. Legs of metal frame are on wooden blocks to prevent daybed from moving. It is more like a cot than a bed. Very very very thin cheap mattress with super thin mattress topper makes this bed unsuitable and unstable for adult use. Lighting in dining area and living room very poor. Husband actually replaced some bulbs himself with brighter bulbs and left them in. Light in shower ceiling in master bedroom was on and off even with light switch on. Of course a deck table would be marvelous. We actually bought one at K mart that needed to be assembled. Took it apart and took it home. An important part of our vacation is sitting on the deck to read, to have coffee, to sight dolpins, to eat as many meals as Mother Nature allows. View from the deck and living room in this unit is fabulous. Most comfortable chair in the unit for me was that one in the living room - not rocker - with lever on side. It is opposite the tv and affords a great view of the ocean.

We stayed in September Delight. Great location, but the place was actually dirty. Furniture is dirty and worn out and uncomfortable. The ac/heating ducts are filthy. Shower was not clean either. Rug is also dirty. Linens were nice however, and kitchen was well stocked.

We have stayed in this condo the last 2 years during the same week. This year,we were to arrive the week Hurricane Irene hit OBX. We were delayed 2 days in checking in. Despite the weather, Resort Realty worked as hard as they could to get vacationers in. The condo sustained no damage that interrupted our trip & was very clean upon our arrival. If there was no hurricane just before checking in, I would rate things differently, however we were very understanding & just happy to be there. The deck & windows had sand on them, but after washing them it was fine & a few days later crews were sent in & washed them all again. The pool was full of sand & unable to be used, but by the end of the week, it was cleaned out. We were not upset about the pool as it was important to get all the homes up & running & we realize this was not a priority. I don't think a condo or home could get any closer to the ocean & the views are incredible. The location is close to everything, yet it's not a busy area. The deck outside has been improved since 2010 & we appreciate that. There were a few minor things that need to be fixed, however overall we were just happy to be there. It is a great value especially for ocean front. If the cost was any higher, we would not be able to afford to stay there. Resort Realty was great to work with & we were kept up to date faster than most realty companies in regards to the storm. We also like being able to call RR to check out & not return back to the office to hand in keys. Thanks for a great vacation!

This unit has a great view of the ocean and is very close to the beach. The pool was very nice. The unit is a little outdated and needs new windows and couches. We had to call housekeeping to come back and clean the unit because the bathrooms were dirty and there were some dirty linens left on the bed. The daybed in the second bedroom was not that comfortable but the other beds were very comfortable. The deck was falling apart and was soft in spots. It also had a glue like sticky substance that was sticky. We were not able to utilize it as much as we wanted and needs repair.
The beach was very nice and close to Jenette's Pier. -

The view from the frontroom window was spectacular! Our problem was the deck. It was in very poor condition, and unsafe! We could not use it, very sad, since that is the reason we got oceanfront this year. Also, trying to get help from Resort Realty was another problem all in itself. Won't rent from them again. Better check the deck condition before you rent, if you are deck people, or have children!

Resort Realty takes great pride in providing homes that are safe, clean and comfortable, and the moment you reported that you felt the deck was unsafe, Resort Realty contacted the condo management at the property about your concerns. This company did send a person out to do a complete inspection of the deck, and this was completed on the Wednesday of your stay. The determination was that the deck is safe, and usable.

We have never visited Nags Head, NC before. We rented the unit online from pictures posted which were fairly accurate. This unit has some wear, especially the balcony, but for the money it was a good value and some much needed rest and relaxation for us.

This Condo had a fabulous location. We would wake up to see the beach every morning. The Condo was also very spacious.
The Furniture was not the most comfortable furniture, especially the beds.
Other then that everything was great and I would rent this condo on future trips to the Nags Head. -

A very spacious, neat condo. The view was even better than the pictures showed. Even in all the windy cold weather we had...we enjoyed the comfortable accommodations. Everyone at Resort Realty was pleasant and helpful. If you want to stay in the Nags Head area, this condo is in an excellent location.
