This place was very spacious and clean. The only negative is that there is no view of the ocean because it is on the first floor and the dunes block the view. Still a great place to stay for the money!

Liked the true first floor. It was nice not to have to go up/down stairs with all the beach stuff.
Carpet did not appear to have been vacuumed when we arrived.
The tile in the bathrooms needs to be replaced.
Bedroom furniture is showing some age and should be replaced. The dressers in particular are literally falling apart.
We would have liked some basic supplies, such as a roll of paper towels and a small jar of dishwashing liquid. (We have received similar supplies at other comparable rentals.)
Need more towels rods/hooks in the bathrooms or bedrooms.
Sliding door was difficult to open close.
