We always enjoy staying at the Dune Lantern, especially Jarvis. The condo is clean, always ready, and all that may be needed in the kitchen is there for our use. We're looking forward to visiting again next year.

Truly a within walking distance to the Jennifer Pier, a family owned local grocery store and fresh seafood market as well as restaurants and beach type shopping.

Great place--everything clean-all appliances either new or almost new--great place for a couple, or a family with a child or two--plenty of books for readers (and I was!)--ramp to elevator makes it perfect for handicapped or just old (like us!)--would choose this unit over any other when it's just the husband and me!

The condo was in a great location, accessible to major highway, shopping, groceries and restaurants. The home the decorated nicely and welcomed. The service was great when looking for a condo near the atlantic, since we never been to the east coast. All my questions were answered promptly and with ease. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the waves, surf boarders, very relaxing.

Have been coming to the Outer Banks since the 70's with our family. Now down to just the 2 of us since retirement and we scaled down to a condo. Jarvis is definitely our choice time and time again. Lovely condo with great ocean views, Quiet, clean, well equipped and great location.

Great view of the ocean from the balcony. The balcony covered the living room and bed room, it was offset so you could look down the beach (south) without leaning over the railing.

This was the third year that we have stayed in Jarvis and we love it more each time. We enjoy the awesome view of the ocean and beach and enjoy the privacy of the 3rd floor location. Jarvis is always clean and just the right size for my husband and myself. It is our escape away from the real world for a week. We love that we are close to anything we would need, however, can stay in if we choose and enjoy the balcony view.
We have already requested Jarvis for next year and are looking forward to our stay. Everything is always clean and in working order. We arrived this year to find a new stove and dishwasher was installed. We are totally hooked on beach front with staying at Jarvis. There is no going back for us now.
We find that the Resort Realty is very easy to work with and are always very helpful. We look forward to many more years of visiting the Outer Banks and hope to be able to stay at Jarvis for those visits. -

The condo was clean, tastefully furnished, and well equiped when we arrived. The check in and out was efficient. The condo is comfortable, relaxing, with a good floor plan. The elevator made it possible for us to stay there year after year with no worries of being stuck in or out and unable to use the condo because of health reasons. The best feature of the condo after the elevator is the balcony with probably the best view of the ocean in Nags Head. The least liked feature are the bath rooms which need up grading and with good towel bars that do not fall off the wall when you use them. The new information I see says you rent partial weeks now. This would be an added incentive to visit. Thanks, this is our favorite place to stay in Nags Head.

We've rented this condo many times through several rental companies. We've always had a great experience. What was unusal about our exoerience last June was the the porch hadn't been dewinterized. The patio table was upsidedown in a corner of the deak. The four folding chairs were neatly folded and stacked on the underside of the table (probably to keep the table down). The deck hadn't been swept, there was sand in the sliding door tracks, and the rest of the furniture hadn't been wiped down. We always have Saturday dinner on the deck, so we just cleaned it up.
The deck is where people who get an ocean front condo view the ocean. When we told the office about our deck experience, we were suprised to find we were the third renter this season.
