It was a wonderful experience and a lot of fun with our three children, ages 11, 15, and 17. The condo was close to a lot of activities and little shops. The only issue that was a concern of mine is... that all the decking boards on porch and pool need to be stained or painted. They are so dry from the constant sun that many kids and adults got slivers that stayed in these condos.

It was a nice clean place. The kitchen is updated and easy to cook in. Very close to shopping and water activities. Great pool and access to beach. This was our 5th year in Nags Head and have stayed in this location for 4 of them.

I have stayed here 3 times in the last 3 years. There is not enough The toilet wasn't even bolted all the way down. Furniture getting ragged out. Also 1 washer and dryer for 12 homes??? Very doubtful that we will stay there again. For 1800.00 it should have been fixed up better than it is. Pool stayed full of bugs hardly any cleaning.

The condo was very clean. The furnishings were attractive. Kitchen very good with all necessary utensils, cook ware, and dishes. Air conditioning and heat worked very well.
Because my wife and I were traveling with an 18 month grandchild, we wanted the first floor. No ocean view from this condo - which we knew in advance. No problem for us.
As a result of the fall storms,there were problems with the elevator and door to the pool when we arrived. They were corrected during our stay. The property manigers had not informed our realtor about the elevator not working. I am handicapped so this was a problem for me until it was repaired. -

Heironimus was a nice condo although the views were of the sand dunes. Appreciated the first floor because the elevator was not working. The location was perfect, the access to the beach was great, and having the community pool was wonderful because the beach was red flagged the last three days of vacation. I would recommend this unit if the view is not important. Unit was good for four but six people would not be comfortable in this unit due to size.

Expected a view of the ocean; could only see the dune in front of us. Ac unit was directly below our unit; very noisy. Somewhat shabby for the money. Expected the back porch to be screened. Pool got buggy half way through the week. Beds very uncomfortable.
Kitchen was large clean and well stocked. Could hear the ocean from the room when the aC units weren't running. Unit is on the corner so good breezes; napped on porch most afternoons. Good parking. the house is very nice except the towel racks n the main bath kept falling. Also for the room of the house for 4 people we ran out of hot water. really have to wait after the 2nd person takes bath or shower. Bathrooms really need new faucets and tub and shower. stained a bit much. plenty of room though. tv in all rooms where needed. wifi would be nice. Parking great. also i would suggest to have washer and dryers in house. tuff beating people to 1 washer and dryer. conveint to everything. quiet location.

We liked the fact that we were right on the beach and also that there was a pool.
We could enjoy the ocean and also we were close enough to go to Jockey Ridge and kayak in the sound. The condomnium was just right for an extended family. -

The unit was clean and the building was well looked after. The convenience of the pool and the beach was great. Fantastic time overall. Will seriously consider renting this unit again

had a good time the condo was small but just the right size for us. had everything we needed for our stay. had a few maintenance issues that werent critical and i did report it to the agent when we turned in our keys. the main issue was front door had gaps at bottom left side when it was windy the door howled was a bit distracting. also loose towel bars in main bathroom. other than that it was a great time loved the pool and the beach was perfect.

Great place. I really liked the decor. I love being in Nags Head, easy access to everything. I also loved that Seaside Reality provides the towels and sheets; I have never had that before with the other reality companies. I wish the washer and dryer were in the condo's, or have more of them and free.

I enjoyed our stay. There are only 2 complaints overall. The kitchen needs a few more pots and pans and the master bedroom is over the door going into the pool area and it is a loud door. And if people are at the pool late at night being loud it is hard to sleep.

The service we recieved was great from start to finish when we had a problem they responded right away. We liked the location of the condo because everything we needed was close by attractions and shopping. The condo was nice it had a nice clean kitchen and well maintained. The only complaint we had was the pullout sofa had dirty sheets and behind sofa had not been cleaned so when you opened up the bed it was kinda gross but the condo had a vaccum so we cleaned it up and called for clean sheets and they were delivered right away. The elevator was a god send especially when we were unpacking the cars and packing up to leave it rained on both days.A hurricane had passed the day before we arrived and there were rip tides so the beach was off limits to the kids so having a pool was great it kept the kids happy. It was nice to just go out the gate be on the beach and not have to lug all the kids stuff to an access. We would rent this condo again definitley the kids said, "This vacation was a blast".

We had a very good time.The condo was clean and filled our needs. This is our third year vacationing at the OBX and loved it. This time we had an opportunity to go swimming in a pool which our son loved. See you next year we plan on coming down again.
