Beach Divas is a beautiful, warm beach house. The furnishings and accessories are beautiful - some of the nicest we have seen (have rented different houses for the past 15 years). The beach is beautiful and really close - love the boardwalk to the beach. Almost every bedroom has it's own deck - all deck furniture is really nice. Perfect location at MP 11.5! Also a nice golf package included. A couple of things in the house that needed to be fixed/replaced and they were responded to immediately!

When my sister-in-law arrived at the beach house, her three year old girl immediately burst out: I like my new home. It is indeed an absolutely fabulous house! Every room is very intentionally decorated, everyone absolutely loved it! Atlantic Realty does a great job with this property. The house is linked on "mouseonhouse" - you can actually have a look at each and every room. And while my family was already impressed when they saw the pics, they said: the real deal looks even better.

The house was great. A few minor maintenance issues but maintenance staff came promptly and was very courteous. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all.

We had 15 family members covering three generations ranging from 16 to 81 years of age. The home was beautifully furnished with places for groups or for a quiet read and the decorations were very nice. We enjoyed the beach, the pool and sightseeing in this historic area. Golfers were complimentary of the courses available. Any stores or restaurants we needed were in close proximity. Early check-in was another significant factor in our decision to renew for next year.

House was very clean & neat upon arrival. The cleaning staff did a great job. The decor was beautiful; color of rooms, bedding, amenities, etc. Kitchen was perfect for our family. The web photos were good, but the house exceeded our expectations.

While the home itself is really outstanding the rental agent is probably the worst we have dealt with in 20 years of traveling. The worker bees at atlantic Realty seem to try their best but management is very unsupportive. We should have been warned when our initial contact at atlantic Realty was either fired or laid off. We suddenly started to see add on charges we had not agreed too. We had the misfortune to pick a hurricane week to stay and atlantic Realty appeared to have absolutley zero contingency communication plans. Finally, despite a contract which said we had a $1500 damage waiver they hit our deposit for unauthorized charges and then refused to respond to calls and certified letters. Their manager Christy Moore should be fired. Don't even get me started on talking about the beach reclamation project.

We are very sorry this guest did not have a better experience with our company. We would like to respond in the same order as the complaints are listed:
1. Any personnel changes has no impact on guest services in any way.
2. We have no unpublished "add on" charges...
3.Wilth regard to contingency plans during a hurricane... NOTHING can be further from the truth... in fact we have an automated system that contacts guests on their cell phones to provide updated information as conditions change. We provided accommodations to numerous vacationers who could not get to their rental homes on Hatteras Island.
4. The damage waiver is for accidental damage. Repairs to appliances that included replacing parts that this guest chose to discard resulted in addtional and possiblty unnecessary costs. Our Housekeepoing department is very familiar with what constitutes "accidental damage" and what is not. Our Houskeeping Manager states: "I have not seen so many of these types of items broken in one weekend - let alone from one guest".
5. Atlantic Realty has absolutely nothing to do with the Beach Nourishment project that took place last year. This is a State/Federal project which was publicized on our website.

Overall, an enjoyable time. The house should have been cleaned better. There was dust under the entertainment center & sand in the upper bedroom & sand in all the sliding glass door jambs.

Loved this house!! Craftmanship of the house did not go unnoticed. Decorator needs to be commended. Perfect!! Only wish the second level had a small fridge by the coffee/ sink area to store creamer etc. But a small cooler with you works out ok too. The mattress in the bedroom on the second floor needs to be replaced. (Bedroom in the hallway)It was not comfy! But with all the bedrooms, we just used another one. Great location! Close to lots of entertainment. Wish there was more than one oceanfront bedroom. But back bedrooms have great private decks. Would come back for sure to this beautiful home!

Our extended family of 22 reunioned here late June 2011. All of us really took to this place. The house is upper crust --wonderfully appointed, clean, and exceeded our expectations in almost all ways. There are few "office" or secluded areas (aside from the quite nice bedrooms) in layout --so you should anticipate a friendly open floor plan vacation house. We opted to pay extra to heat pool for our octogenarian parents and that was a hit (the elevator was critical for them also as everyone always congregated in the gorgeous third floor kitchen/ dining room overlooking beach). We cooked our own meals in teams and all found the kitchen to be accomodating, including a huge frig and 2 dishwashers. (Consider bringing extra coffee pot to supplement the one here if your clan drinks volumes like us.) The 2 sets of washer/ dryers saw heavy use from some of us and were appreciated. We had 2 house minor maintenance issues during
the week that atlantic Realty promptly responded to. Beach and ocean were terrific as is usually the case in Nags Head region!
We would definitely rent Beach Divas again. Wonderful reunion house. -

The Beach Divas rental was immaculate. Very bright, with lots of windows; excellent oceanfront location, with just the right length of walk to the pier, Jockey Dunes and Outlet Shopping; many bedrooms and more importantly bathrooms; wide expansive decks and large kitchen and main family room. The home was in spotless condition and the folks at atlantic Realty could not have been nicer. The only drawback for us was the vertical alignment of the home (three stackd floors, with the main living area on the third floor and beach access on the first floor). With many ages in our group, ranging from a great grandmother to toddlers, this was challenging for our group.

We traveled from CT with our family and friends and we had a wonderful time. The house was absolutely beautiful! There was plenty of space and privacy for all 18 of us. The heated pool was great and the hot tub was very enjoyable at night. Our vacation was perfect. All of the employees at atlantic Realty were very helpful and friendly and were able to answer any questions we had. We plan to return next year!

The house was very clean and updated. There were enough master bedrooms for everyone in our party. The pool was fabulous! The house was very centrally located near shops and grocery stores. Everyone loved the house and all the beautiful rooms and furniture. The house had everything we needed and everything was very well taken care of. The kitchen was outstanding.

This house is amazing. It is my first time to the Outer Banks and I couldn't have picked a better house. Even though Hurricane Earl rained on our parade and we lost 2 full days we still had a wonderful time and we have already booked for next year and can't wait to come back.

This is one of the most beautiful, well kept homes that I have ever stayed in (have been renting in OBX for 15 years). The decor is fabulous, every detail has been considered, the home is well equipped and is literally steps from the beach. The only drawback is that the common areas (dining/living/kitchen) are a bit small for large gatherings.

The best cure for the ACC tournment Tarheel Blues! What a fabulous home! It is our 3rd time staying at Beach Divas! This home is beautiful and a great place to share with family and friends. Why eat out? Great kitchen with a outstanding view. We can wait to visit Beach Divas again!!!

Even though we had to wait until 5:15 to get into the house it was worth it. The home was very clean and well kept. The dishes,glassware and silverware were of very high quality. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. We didn't expect the weather to be so sunny and warm...because the weather map said rain for every day...wrong.
