      Terrific!

      We rented this vacation home during the week before our son's wedding in the OBX. (He lives on the OBX but we did not want to impose.) The layout of the house allowed for privacy and the elevators were a terrific asset for our parents and grandparents and dogs, not to mention the ease of getting groceries up to the kitchen! The walkway to the beach was so close that we felt very comfortable getting to the ocean without having to worry much about traffic. Beach cruisers being on site were an added bonus that we enjoyed and the large grassy yard was great for some outdoor fun with the dogs. I would definitely stay here again!

      Relaxing stay in a great cottage.

      Our extended family had two great weeks in this roomy, well-provisioned house. The pool is wonderful and got used a lot. The location is good, near austin's Seafood market especially. The nicest cottage we've ever stayed in! We would have liked to miss the rain and flooding (bad this year) and mosquitoes, but staying indoors for a couple of days was not difficult. When we had a small problem Seaside responded immediately and to our satisfaction. It was a great vacation! We'd rate this house an a+.

      House was absolutely perfect

      We stayed only 4 nights and wish we could have stayed a whole week. The house had everything we needed and was decorated so nicely. The weather was cool and cloudy while we were at OBX, but the house was so nice it didn't matter what the weather was like. It was too cool for the pool, but we enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed and we were impressed that the dishes were so nice.

      Awesome home and we all had a great stay, we plan to come back again, I truely cant stop thinking of how great a vacation we had!!! Thanks to Seaside Realty and The Beach House on the Moon!! The home is wonderful, pool is wonderful, love the front and back deck, the screened in porch with lovly seating it just says it all!!! Thanks for another great Outer Banks vacation!!

      Fantastic home!

      This home was comfortable, attractive, and had something for everyone. Excellent living space set-up gave everyone their own nook to occupy. The large, well-landscaped lot allowed us room to spread out in relative privacy for bocce ball and cornhole. Multiple great decks, all with comfortable furniture. The pool is large with floats provided; poolside furniture includes two umbrellas for shade. Loved the first floor powder room right by the pool. The elevator is a blessing for hauling food and gear. Keyless entry is a great benefit! Quiet neighborhood, convenient to all our activities. Would definitely stay here again!

      Pleased with everything overall except for wifi. One son had to do some work during vacation and difficulty with wifi was very frustrating. Need to have service working for renters. In this case it was more important than just checking email. But the house was very lovely and in good condition.

      Check in with keyless entry was easy and awesome! Cleanliness was perfect. I didn't fine one single hair in any bathroom...that is almost a miracle!!! Great house with pool and jacuzzi, close to beach. We noticed the fridge was leaking and within 24 hours we had had 2 visits, a phone call, and it fixed (and offered to reimburse for ice). The only complaint I had were the beds were not very comfortable--probably mattresses, but that is fairly minor. The decorations were great! My whole family was very impressed with this vacation!

      overall it was great staying with seaside. nothing to complain abt. just wish had more then 2 bath rolls for family ov 11 people house. we all got there at mid night. had to share rolls till the morning.
      but i would refer seaside to family n friends without hesitation.

      Best Vacation

      This was a great house we had ages 18 months to 63 years old and it was a great place for all. It had everything we could want and we plan on renting it again! The walk to the beach was easy and not far at all and we enjoyed ice cream in the evenings from the little ice cream place not far from the house. I give Beach House on the Moon a gold star.

      Memories Made with a Family Vacation

      After renting many vacation rentals we have never encounters a home with 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 6 bathroom home. We were to share? Soap was as scarce. My daughter had to wash comfortable on her bed to rid it of dog hair. She also had to vacuum her bedroom as her my granddaughters toy were becoming loaded with dog hairs. I can understand you allow dogs in you rental but the home should be throughly clean before a family with no dog rents.

      As with most vacation rental homes, home essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc. are provided by the guests. We offer a small sample to get you started as a courtesy, not expecting it will last too long.

      Great time had by all

      This was our 4th trip to Nags Head. Having rented 2 different houses in the past, one being on the beach and the other between the roads. This was by far the most comfortable house for our group. We traveled with 3 families with children ranging from 18-6 years old. There was more than enough space for all. The house was also extremely clean and anything it needed upon inspection by Seaside it was done! They replaced a shower liner curtain the next morning after arrival, just like they said. We called about a bees nest near the pool and they were there with in an hour to take care of it. We also called when we ran out of propane for the grill and again they were there with in the hour with a new tank. Great service!!! The house is actually and shorter distance to the beach then described. Because there isn't a house behind it, you can walk right out the back yard to beach access path and it's only 1 block. Everything was truly enjoyable about the house!

      We loved the house as well as the area!

      We arrived at 3 p.m. promptly on Sunday, July 11, 2010. The house was not ready for us to go in. Approximately around 4 p.m. we were allowed to enter the home.
      The house was fantastic! We found that the location was excellent! We were able to walk to the beach within minutes and set up a tent for the week so that we had coverage from the sunshine.
      We loved the open atmosphere of the home! We ate all of our breakfast and lunch meals at the home. For supper, we tended to to out for dinner. There was numerous places to choose from to eat out.
      Overall, I would highly recommend this house and would love to come again next summer!

      Lovely vacation in June

      We had a fabulous vacation. Weather was ideal for June.
      Beach House on the Moon was very spacious, clean, well equipped kitchen (could use more dishes though). Check-in
      was very easy with the new keyless entry. At the end of the week, we just packed up and left. Love this area of Nags Head. Easy walking distance to so many sights. Can't wait to come back in 2 years.

      perfect family vacation!

      nicely furnished,very clean - housekeeping does a wonderful job! pool and hot tub are serviced - you don't need to worry about anything. Quick service from Seaside with any small problem. Spacious enough for a big extended family - together, but with places for privacy if you need some. Short walk down a pretty path to the beach - even the grandparents can walk it. Walking distance to a few shops/ice cream.

      A wonderful vacation home!!!

      This house was just a short walk to the beach, and the ice cream shop. It offered everything that we could have wanted in a vacation home. Great location, nice pool and hot tub. It even had a yard with grass and not just sand and shrubs. The screen porch was a great gathering place. The front deck was the perfect place to watch the sun rise over the ocean. The rental process was seamless and everyone that we talked to at Seaside Vacations was friendly. This was the perfect vacation for our extended family ages 3 to 80. Everyone had something to do all the time. We love the Sunday rental-much less traffic and shorter lines at the grocery store.

      I Wish We Hadn't Had To Leave......

      One week was not enough in this great house. Every amenity was made available to insure our stay was a good one. The house was immaculately clean and provided our vacation party of 11 plenty of room, which was important to us since we had 3 little ones in our party.

      Kudos to Seaside Vacations for the fast friendly service from reservations to check out. I would definitely do business with you again.

      Everything was as advertised in the ad and we were not disappointed in any way.

      Thank you for the great weather (LOL) and the friendly environment.

      Our stay was one we will talk about in our family cirlce for years to come. Awesome!!
