The house was very large and nicely furnished. The dune deck was great and the pool large. The location was close to stores with pavements for bike riding. It was great to be able to get in early and have linens and towels provided.

for the price of the house, i was very disapointed. the furniture was so dirty we had to cover the couches with sheets to sit on them. the carpet was filthy, the tv picture was terrible could barely see it. i've been coming to the banks for 30yrs, and since i've started to stay in nice homes, this was definately the worst.

We had every bed of this 22 bed house filled nearly every night of our 2 week stay. The place had an excellent blend of common space and private space. Beach access was excellent and we were able to send a six year old back to the house safely from the beach. The house did not have one of the advertised 3 refridgerators, and it was pretty worn but the facilities and layout were perfect. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, the barbecue, the outside porches at sunrise, the big dinning room for dinners, and the Tv's did work for movies and video games. The TV reception was poor and we did not use the small ones in the bedrooms. WiFi worked well.
Bring bug spray along with sunscreen!
The beach nourishment project was occuring while we were there which provided some education and entertainment with minimal inconvenience. -

This was an excellent house, very spacious for a large group, good floorplan, good location to local restaurants (Owen's, The Dunes). Beach access good, nice oceanfront deck. Only complaints -- small TV in main living room, cookware okay - missing some large boiler pots for seafood/large meals.

This house has plenty of room and space. It is ideal for large families because you can be together but have your privacy all at the same time. The stairs create a challenge if you have several small children but overall the house including the pool was safe and comfortable.
