We had to request House Keeping Service a few times and there response was within a reasonable time and very pleasant. The location of the rental could not have been any closer to the beach and the view from the deck was awesome. The elevator was great for hauling the luggage and other items we brought for the beach and the outside shower was used frequently. We had a great and pleasant stay.

We truly enjoyed our time here, even though we had to evac due to the storm. Our four grand kids did not want to leave. Your maintenance response to a bathroom problem was prompt and efficient. Especially liked the large living area/kitchen.
As for suggestions, could use more lighting over the outside stairs and the light switch for the first floor outside approach was not marked and could not be found. Could use some more kitchen utensils. Overall we were very pleased with this cottage. -

The location and amenities were wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed sunrises on the beach and watching sunsets over the bay. The ocean view and proximity were perfect. The cottage was well equipped. Enjoyed watching shore birds, surfers and kite boarders. Plenty of activities, sites to see, and good dining. Miles of beaches for walking, running, and exploring.

The realty company was very impressive in how they handled all aspects, from initial reservations through organized check-in, and effortless check-out. They responded to our air conditioner dilemmas as best they could. One problem- we could not find when trash pick-up was, and were given the wrong day when we called.
The house was clean and maintained. It did smell as if it had been closed up for a while when we first arrived. We enjoyed the upside-down arrangement, with the large great
room and open ocean views immensely. We had my elderly in-laws with us, and found the elevator unexpectantly useful for them and for loading and unloading. Our major problem was a faulty air conditioner. Every afternoon, the upper floor temperatures were in the mid to high 80's. The repairman was out several times and the unit was replaced on the very last late afternoon of our stay. Also, we wound have enjoyed having better TVs in the house along with internet connections. We decided we would not rent again without those amenities.
The location of this property was wonderful. Did I mention the views? We enjoyed the beach, the ocean, and the sand crabs immensely. -

The house was clean, the chairs in the living room were very uncomfortable. I think it could use a larger TV in the living and internet service.
