      This was our third year at "Just for You" and that's exactly what it feels like, Just for Us! We love the little extras, the pool, hot tub and Pool Table and enjoy the large living areas and family spaces.There are also plenty of nooks for personal space and time apart. All around a wonderful property for an awesome getaway!

      The actual home was very clean and updated. It was great to have a bathroom in every bedroom. We needed a nice home since the weather was so poor. I don't think I will go back to North Carolina in July. We were 20 minutes early and the cleaning was completed but they refused entry
      The hike to the beach is further than the website leads you to believe

      You're service is great,so easy to deal with concerns and question are answered promptly. Just for You was the best all I can say is that I think of it as my forever house I hope that I can manage to come back there again and agian. We had such a great time, location the best,fishing at Jeannetts Pier for the guys and Outlet shopping for the gals,and beach for the kids.

      In no way was our 4 family gathering a disappointment. It exceeded our expectations because we had community and personal space for all at Just For You! The elevator was a plus; heated salt water pool great; location was a safe place for family and small children. The only constructive comments would be a new grill & update the bedding.

      Off season rates? Too cold

      This is our 5th year at Just for You-on a limited income we had to wait until off season to come-use to come the first week in October-until they changed off season to mid October. Even thugh we loved our time there, it was too cool for the beach and we do not fish! Found the supplies very limited-no TP in 5 bathrooms-nothing to hand wash dishes, just one packet for the dishwasher-we had to go out and buy TP and a sponge and dish detergent to hand wash certain items.

      Family get a way

      The home was beautiful and very spacious. Loved the salt water pool and the kitchen was great for our big group. Wished the front porches were screened so that we could have enjoyed the outdoors. That week the bugs were terrible but no one can control mother nature. Checkin was great, keyless entry worked so well. Staff at Outer Blue very friendly. Would have liked more king beds for comfort. I would defintely go back and stay. Great access to stores but away from the main traffic of the Outer Banks.

      The house and the surrounding area were beautiful. The house was well kept and clean. The decor was beautiful and tasteful. The pool was gorgeous and refreshing. The only downside I would say was that when we arrived there was a problem with the water temperature of the pool. And it took a few days to get resolved. We arrived Saturday night and the temperature guage was fixed Wednesday. Other than that, we had a lovely time.

      Really enjoyed the house, we are used to oceanfront, but found the walk short and we drove the van to bring the cooler and chairs. Plenty of parking at the beach access with bathrooms. The life guarded beach made us more comfortable. Only complaint, would like to see 2 sets of bunkbeds in one of the larger bedrooms as the kids are older and don't like to share a bed. And an alarm clock in the bedrooms would be nice.

      Perfect family vacation home,it has everything you need. Great pool and hot tub, close to the beach, short drive to shopping and good restaurants.       Felt like home

      We traveled with my parents and their two dogs. We enjoyed the entire house. My 3 year old preferred the pool over the ocean. The frogs out back put my husband to sleep every night. We did only have 2 washclothes for the entire house - so we went and bought some. Also it says there are 2 king beds - there are not.

      Our family enjoyed our stay at 'Just For You'. The home was convenient to shopping, food, & the beach. The views of the ocean were spectacular and the sound view was breathtaking! Check-in & check-out were so easy...no visiting the rental office. Upon arrival at the home, we were greeted with a Thank You note from the homeowners, a gift basket full of items for the beach, and instant relaxation. The heated pool was a plus! The home was nicely decorated and had amenities for all ages. We will definitely go back again.

      We hope to rent it again next year when more family can attend. It had everything needed for a wonderful stay. Just for you was very clean and updated. Short walk to beach.
      Two things that was alittle uncomfortable was the beware of alligator sign in the back yard and the two snakes that were probably fake but still disturbing on the back of neighbors home. We finally decided it must be for a bird problem that was obvious they had.

      Just for you was all you could ever want in a home for a vacation.

      The house was great! Had all of the amenities anyone could ask for. Nice floor plan, pool table was great, movie room comfortable. I have rented from all of the rental companies at the beach to include the Hatteras Island locations; the staff was very nice and communicated well with me before my visit.
      Keyless entry was a plus. the only down side was that there is not enough starter amenities provided, I suggest a small box of dish and laundry detergent as well as hand soap.

      I would just like to thank you all for our wonderful vacation. We stayed in Just for You.
      Beautiful house, great location, only 4 miles to grocery store and 2 miles to the outlet mall, and of course, the ocean is right across the street and you can hear the waves crashing while sitting in the living room with a nice breeze through the
      two sliding glass doors to the upper deck - very relaxing.

      We love Nags Head from 11/20/2009-11/27/2009. We have come to OuterBanks almost every Fall for Thankgiving since 2003 have rented from a variety of companies and I would like to compliment yours staffs Mimi she was great so helpful in all ways.

      All your staffs was so friendly when I call for lost and found they jump on it and found it Thank you OuterBanks blue for everything and the house was just great.

      This is my 5th stay at this property. The pool was dirty when we got there and was really dirty when we left. We had planned on trying to clean it ourselves, but the net disappeared ( yes we reprted it and was told don't worry the pool man has one) so we were afraid to use even the hot tub. My friend recently had surgery for breast cancer, so we did not dare to step foot in the hot tub as we could not be sure the last time it was serviced. We got there at 2:30 but was reminded by Michelle of the proper check in, the only reason I wanted to get in, my friend who had the surgery on the 16th of Sept was really tired.

      I am sorry to read of your disappointment with the service of the pool and hot tubs at this property. We have spoken to the pool vendor and he assures us there was never an issue with the water quality. There was some sand in the pool due to the heavy winds during your stay, but the water quality should have been fine. There was also never an issue with the two hot tubs function per his report. I'm sure you know by being a multiple time repeat renter at this home the owner has employed a pool and spa vendor who is typically right on top of things and what you experienced was not the norm. As for your phone call with Michelle I'm hoping that you misunderstood the tone of the call. Michelle indicates that she was simply stating that the electronic lock does not allow entry to the home until check in time. As I'm sure you are aware the homeowner of this property is typically at the property right until check in time each week ensuring that everything is in good order prior to your arrival.
      We apologize for your upset on this stay.

      This was a beautiful home, very close to the beach. Keyless entry was a very nice addition to the home, it made things much easier with a large family. Layout was perfect for a large family. Only down side was the large amount of mosquitos due to a small pond in the neighbors back yard.

      We had a wonderful time at JUST FOR YOU --the house was fully stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans needed to cook a feast. Which we did every nite we were there. A plus were the two dishwashers and two refrigerators in the kitchen and the extra refrigerator in the rec room. The views were outstanking even though we were not ocean front -- the sound sunsets were amazing. The add listed 2 kings -- only the master was a king. The others were queen size and one bedroom had the twin beds. We would definitely recommend this house.

      Everything was Great.Very Family friendly home.Their were a few problems though...the washing machine did not work.a real problem but we made out.Also there was supposed to be two King beds and there was only one.Also the heater on the pool shood have been working it was not.All in all it was a great time.

      We had a wonderful family vacation this year and the house was perfect! This house served all of our needs from the elevator to the double refrigerators and dishwashers and the conveniently located pool. The back screened porch was a nice area to just sit and relax. Definitely the best house so far and we have been visiting the Outer Banks for 17 years!

      the house was spotless,beautifully decorated and big enough for the whole family. the pool was very nice,clean, and bigger than most we've seen. loved the kitchen! Two refrigerators,two dishwashers and huge diningroom table made cooking for ten easy! just a short walk to the beach, even our two year walked! Wonderful house! We will be going back! the house had everything we needed and more!Best of all, the weather was fantastic can't always count on that, but we were lucky, and that made for a perfect vacation!

      Like a Model Home

      We stayed in this property the week before Memorial Day. Let me tell you, it's nicer than some of the $1 million model homes I have seen. Very well decorated. Very clean. Very spacious. It's extremely comfortable and in a great location that's close to the SUV beach. And it's pet-friendly. It's hard to find nice luxury homes when you have a pet. Overall, everyone had a great time.

      P.S. Bring bug spray. There were a few mosquitoes because of the lake in the back. We really enjoyed the view of the man-made lake. Very peaceful and serene.

      Beautiful, Spotless and Convenient

      We loved everything about the OBX, especially going "home" to Just For You. This was actually the first time we had been to the OBX and the first time we had ever rented a large home, instead of a hotel. The home was accurately represented online and actually turned out to be more beautiful than expected. The girls loved their room with the underwater theme. The best thing was the fact that the beach was visible from the house and only a short walk across the street.

      When booking the trip, the representatives at the Outer Banks Blue were always eager to help and friendly.

      The one thing that I feel would have improved the house are garbage disposal systems for the kitchen sinks.

      You will not be disappointed if you select the property "Just for You"

      The home is very well furnished with some great amenities- pool table, flat scren tv- surround sound.
      When we arrived we found that the pool was very dirty, and the master bedroom comforter had somethig on it that resembled baby vomit- so much so that we had to remove it from the bed and clean it. The elevator was a great addition for anyone that could not climb a lot of stairs or for carrying in luggage and grocery items. Constructive critism would be that you need to find another cleaning company that pays attention to the smallest things. Renters will enjoy this rental as long as it is cleaned properly upon your arrival.

      Comfortable Getaway

      This house accomodated the twelve of us with nicely furnished and decorated rooms, multiple porches overlooking the ocean and the sound and a great kitchen/den on the fourth floor.
      Twin beds were uncomfotable for one guest and floors were not absolutely perfectly clean upon arrival but that is honestly the only concerns we had during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

      Beautiful home, especially loved the master bath

      Absolutely beautiful home that had everything anyone could want and lots of space so each of us could have alone time. The master bath is WONDERFUL; it's bigger than my walk-in closet. Having double dish-washers and fridges in the kitchen was a big help for separating family's food and for keeping the kitchen neat.
      Our only problem were the mosquitoes that devoured us whenever we left the house. Because the house backs to marshland, these little critter were all around. Our hope of daily walking was hindered because our bug spray did nothing to repell them.

      This was the best house we've ever rented. The views were amazing - ocean in front and sound in the back. The decor was perfect and we honestly wished we could've had another week here. We will definitely be back to this home for our vacations. Three refrigerators and 2 dishwashers are great for large families, but yet the decor and furnishings made the house cozy enough for just me, my husband, and son. The elevator is perfect for those who truly wish to relax and not have to walk up 3 flights of stairs! The screened in porch was great as was the composite decking boards - no splinters! This is our new home away from home!

      Great Family Vacation

      What a wonderful place to stay! Our family vacation was the best we have ever had at the OBX. So much room, and the kitchen with the extra dishwasher was a big plus. The kids loved the pool and the adults relaxed often in the hot tub! Wonderful location, we have reserved Just For You for 2 weeks next year, and it is "girls" week for us starting Oct. 4th. I can't wait for the "girls" to see this home, and we all have our own bathroom! The people at Outer Banks Blue could not be nicer. No more looking for us, we have found a home away from home.

      Wonderful Week

      We enjoyed this brand new house very much. It was clean and very nicely decorated, with plenty of space for two families and our babysitters. We enjoyed the view out the back, the many birds and frogs we heard, the pool in the afternoons, and the short trek to the beach. The house is close to the nicest beach access--one with a shower and real bathrooms. The only downsides to the house were a septic smell that lingered around the pool area (we assume this is where the spetic field is), a slightly nerve-wracking street-crossing for little kids, and a severe lack of nice beach chairs and a beach cart. We were able to carry on and have a wonderful week at this lovely house!

      We had a wonderful time on our Outer Banks vacation, despite the storm. The home was clean and well-equipped. There were a few movies and we especially appreciated the kids movies since we were inside for 4 days with a three year old. My favorite part was the outside screened-in porch off the kitchen. It was a quiet place to sit and read. I was even able to sit outside during the rain! Thank you for making your beautiful home available.

      We have bin coming here on vacation for years this is the best home we ever rented .My son is diabled in a wheel chair he could go everywhere .It was great for him shower on his own .If hadicaped or not this is great!Will come every year!!
