Simply stated: Excellent, clean, well-appointed vacation home. Easy and professional rental company. Great location. We plan to stay here again. Note: There are lots of stairs if that is an issue. The main kitchen and living area is on the 3rd level.

We only stayed in the house for three days, but the experience was great. I have no complaints about the home itself, it was beautiful and clean. The only thing I found wrong was that one of the game systems did not work. Due to weather, we did not get to take full advantage of the close proximity to the beach.

Everyone Loved the house. The location, layout, and amenities were great. The only request I heard (from my dad) was for a LazyBoy recliner. Seriously, we had a wonderful time, and the house was a big part that.

We were scheduled to arrive on a Saturday to Heaven Sent when they evaccuated this islands for Hurrican Irene. We were finally allowed access to the house on Monday evening. I guess the guests before us left hastily because the dishwasher and coffee pot were not clean when we arrived. Other than that, the house was perfect! There was plenty to keep all 8 of us occupied and you can't beat the easy beach access! We will definitely be returning to Heaven Sent!

Traveled in May 2011 with 5 girlfriend/relatives for a weekend away & when they left on Sunday afternoon, hubby came in for a nice evening. We were completely satisfied and in love with this home. Beautifully decorated in a simple but elegant beach decor; very comfortable beds in all rooms. Everyone raved about the house the whole weekend...there were plenty of things for everyone to do, and the hot tub was a nice extra. Could easily accomodate two families or families with children because the downstairs had bedrooms & seperate living room area + pool table...lots of fun!! The house was an easy walk to the beach, though it was a little chilly for us in early May...but we had a blast shopping!! If you are considering a home in Nags Head that is close to the beach, beautifully decorated and comfortable...you won't regret this one...and Outer Banks Blue Realty is the absolute best company I've dealt with for rentals for OBX...Go for it! Heaven Sent is perfection.

We had a girls weekend here at Heaven Sent in april 2011 and it was absolutely divine. The property was absolutely lovely, the proximity to the beach was great...though we never actually made it there (kinda cold)...also close to shopping and restaurants. The place was very clean, so tastefully decorated with lots of extras. Hot tub was very nice! Highly recommend Heaven Sent and Outer Banks Blue for a great vacation experience.

Great house! Nice ammenities. Great location for beach, eats and shops. Bunk room did not have any doors on it! Awkward! Extremely clean and up to date. A group of us were coming for a wedding of a friend and this was the perfect place for us to stay and get in good quality time together! Plenty of space to spread out.

Heaven Sent was a beautifully appointed, well-maintained home just a short walk to the beach. We took advantage of everything the home and location had to offer from the game room and the hot tub to morning coffee on the deck. Our family of seven, with children ages 12 to 21, had plenty to keep us busy when the weather kept us from the beach and lots of time to relax when the beach beckoned.

Everything was outstanding. Many things to do inside and outside the house. Hot tub was great. The multipurpose game table was very enjoyable. We had one shower curtain that was moldy but after a wash it was clean. No other complaints, the house was well stocked, clean, and enjoyed by all.

After getting stuck in traffic and driving for 11 hours, once we all reached the house, it was "Heaven Sent". The house was everything as described from Outer Banks Blue and more.
The house is gorgeous, clean and filled with a beautiful decor. Everything was new and exceptional. The granddaughters loved the 3-in-one game table...so did the adults. It was great having a TV in every room, everybody could enjoy their own favorite show or watch their own movie. The layout of the house was perfect. It suited everybody.
The thing that thrilled us was realizing the access to the beach. We literally turned left at the end of our driveway, walk a hundred feet and turned right and down to the beach. It took two minutes. We loved being able to go their early in the morning, set out our stuff, walk home for lunch and walk back without having to drive a car and carry our things back and forth.
Plus, everything was there in close proximity to the house. We could either go a block to Highway 158 or Highway 12, and find, golf, go-carts, restaurants, shops anything you wanted, it was there. We were in the middle of it all.
Anyone who wants a vacation as perfect as ours was, you need to rent this house. It felt like a home away from home!!

The house was beautiful and in very good condition. The only problem we had was a fuze blew and the plugs in the kitchen would not work. We had to call and have someone come unlock the closet that had the breaker in it. Other than that we had a wonderful experience. We love how close the house was to the beach and to many other attractions. It was great to be able to walk to mini-golf and the go-carts. It was a great week of relaxation and spending time with our families.

Everything about our experience at Heaven Sent was just perfect. The people at Outer Banks Blue did an outstanding job from start to finish to help make our week in Outer Banks one to remember. The home was in a perfect location for us. It was close to the beach, shops, and bike paths! We wouldn't have had to move our car all week if we chose not to. We loved the decor of the home. The split level worked perfectly for the "young" and the "more-mature" people in our group. The hot tub was fabulous! What I liked best was open spaces and layout of the home. There wasn't much that I didn't like. The only thing (and this is a stretch...) was I do not like cooking with electric. This was our first time renting a home in the Outer Banks but we are already planning a return trip!

Our family had a wonderful time at Heaven Sent. The layout was terrific: very comfortable (beautiful bedrooms and lots of bathrooms!), and very luxurious. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked, and the pool table in the playroom downstairs was a huge hit with the kids. Loved having coffee and cocktails on the deck. The quick block and a half walk to the beach was a huge plus! Loved everything about this house!

Bottom Line Up Front: CHOOSE THIS HOME!
This home was bright, airy and perfect! The decor was thoughtful and new with the perfect beach home flair without being cliche. The beds were so comfortable, we slept so well while we were there.
There were even palm trees decorated for Christmas since that was why we came down. Such thoughtful details were duly noted!
This was an amazing new tradition for our family, we'll be back! Summer or winter...
Bonuses: games for kids, amazing hot tub, close to beach, oh... and the outlet mall had ridiculous sales the last week before Christmas. We saved a load on clothing gifts!!!

Great house to rent in a good location. We had seven adults on our vacation trip to the Outer Banks. Most of us got up each morning at 6:30 to walk the short distance to the beach to watch the sunrise. We enjoyed the game table, the hot tub, the ample space to allow together time and private time, as well as the deck views. The house is well-decorated and comfortable. We all want to return! Especially in September when there are no crowds.

Heaven Sceant was exactly that,A place that is peacefull and quiet as it is in heaven.The decor was wonderful. I love the fact that the house is very roomy with lots of things to entertain yourself and your children without ever having to leave the house.I enjoyed the easy access to the beach and near by reasturants. Everyone that we meet were very friendly.They made me feel as if I were at home. This house is one that I intend on visiting again next summer.I highly recommend this home to someone who is looking for a great place to vacation with the family.

We had a small group consisting of friends and family from Virginia, North Carolina, and Mississippi. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the kitchen for cooking together. We spent our evenings on the decks and watching the sun set, the views are great to be located where it is. The hot tub was awesome as well, with the small bar area, we enjoyed wine and champagne together once the kids were down for the night. I would come back to this home for sure!

Beautiful House/Super Location

We enjoyed at stay at this beautiful house. It was in a great location- away from it all yet close to it all. Access to the beach was very convenient. The only down side was that the "boys" bunk room did not have doors so there was a lack of privacy and quiet for them when sleeping. Otherwise this is a terrific house with good ocean views.

This was the first time my Whole entire family went on vacation together and it was Wonderful!!! The house has enough rooms for all of the adults to have peace and the kids room was oh so very fun! The game table and jacuzzi were a big hit amongst children of every age...House was located close to beach, go-karts, mini-golf and resturants...
House was more than what we expected...would highly recomend this house to anyone!! Another family vacation is in the works for next year as we speak..
Only thing there was only one towel per bed..Thank goodness we brought a lot of beach towels so laundry wasn't being done everyday..
