This great home has a new ramp for 2012- with ability to stop at each floor and entrance at the main living area, kitchen and master bath with handicap shower chair. This house is all around nice. You are not to far from anything. There were about ten of us and we had plenty of room, never in each others way.

Check in was a breeze. Desk person was very friendly and helpful. House was clean and beds made as requested. Beds in bedroom with bunk beds was very uncomfortable. Mattresses appear to be worn out. My 9 and 12 grandchildren refused to sleep on them. 2nd day there tried to wash some towels. Washer would not agitate with more than 2 towels in it. Call the office, sent a tech out 2 days later. Said yep it was broken and left. Told me he would report it to the office. Did not hear anything. Called the office, was told they had contacted the owner and he was contacting a vendor. Vendor came out on 5th day and said "yep its broken". Never heard anything else. No one called me to give me an update even though they had my cell phone number and told me that they would. Disappointed that no one from Resort Realty took the interest or time or give me a status call. Still didn't work when we left on Saturday.

This house was very well located near stores and walking to the beach. Pictures did not do justice for the rooms in the house. Very spacious, clean and well stocked. Pool & hot tube were huge! Maintenance repaired a broken lock reported by previous renters, and pool maint. checked chemicals on Wed.
Only negative would be no labels on light switches and no "general" directions for things in the house. We had 5 adults and 2 children (5 & 9) and hardly left the house because we were so comfortable. Hope to go back next year! -

The house was very nice, well equipped, nice bedrooms and spacious. The problem was with some needed repairs and some needed cleaning.

"A Bit of Heaven" was an awesome beach house. The only thing we didn't like about it was the location. We didn't like being directly on the highway. Walking to the beach was not easy!

We absolutely loved the house. It was beautiful. We loved the decor. All of the rooms were painted a bright color and different colors all throughout. My kids loved having hte play area in the basement and the in-ground pool. The house was provided with everything we needed. It was a close walk to the beach as well. Everyone was very pleased with this home. I'm very glad we close this house as our vacation rental.

My family and I came down for a wedding, and we all had a wonderful time. We loved the location, the house and the state. Our house was just the right size, the pool and hot tub were a added bonus.
One of the air conditioners messed up on Thursday and Resort Reality sent someone to look at it almost immeditely. -
