Good value for a older house. However, it needed a regular sized kitchen trash can and had no hangers in the closet.

need better beach access,better tv reception in bedroom, trash and linens for prior weeks were never removed during our stay,decks and steps need refurbishing, staff was very nice and helpful.

The location was very good. It would have been better is there was a walkway over the dune to the beach. Nice cottage overall, needs some TLC.

The house is not fancy, but it is clean and perfect for our family (three sisters and their five kids.) The location could not be better. Re. the house, the only minor quibble we have is that the freezer seems to cycle so that the ice cream is often very soft and popsicles don't stay frozen. This has been a problem every year. The couches could be more comfortable, but then again, the hammock is heaven. We return to this house every year and plan to again. Love it.

This was our ninth year and, as usual, we love every moment at the house and beach. The house is extremely well set up - bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchen and the view is breathtaking .
