Overall a great vacation. The only complaint however was the pool not getting cleaned all week!

Thanks for your positive comments about "All Seasons." Our pool vendors do clean the pool thoroughly on the day of your arrival, and they return for a chemical check of the water during the middle of the week, but we are sorry we don't currently have a program for daily cleanings of the pool during your stay.
We trust that was a minor inconvenience to your stay in an outstanding property.

Outer Banks Blue personnel were helpful, but the property was not ready when we arrived. That was very disappointing. The pool was not clean and the kiddie pool was disgusting when we arrived. Plus, with plastic, broken pool furniture and a picnic table that broke due to rusted bolts, this property just wasn't as nice as Never Never Land last year. The location is great. There was nothing to indicate what Wifi internet service to use. Nor was there a broom for a quick sweep of doorways or kitchen.

Thank you for letting us know of your experience at All Seasons. We apologize that the pool and spa vendor was not on top of the preparation of the pool for your arrival. That is unacceptable and this vendor has not typically had these types of issues. We appreciate your patience while this was rectified. We are glad you and your family enjoyed the location, but we are puzzled about the wi fi. The house does have it, and it seems to be working fine at this time. Maybe you were picking up a signal from a neighboring property which confused the matter.
We hope you enjoyed the beautiful weather during your stay and we look forward to serving you again soon.

Great location, pool and hot tub are very nice, living room very pleasant and comfortable. House needs updating, lots of temporary fixes around, carpet is old & dirty. Concrete cracking and settling around the pool.

Loved the property and the location. Plenty of things to do and plenty of shopping. Grocery store close by. Loved the pool and hot tubs as well as the beach access. Pool table was a big hit. Some minor mainteneance issues but made a phone call and those items were handled appropriately.

This house was absolutely awesome. The house was extremely clean and up to date. There was enough room to spread out and have privacy. The pool was large an well maintained. The two hot tubs were a bonus for large groups of people. There is no other home that I would even consider for next years rental!
