C Dream is new to Seaside Vacations and the place for you in South Nags Head. Just a short walk to the direct beach access at the end of the street (25 yards) and you have ocean views from your decks! Enjoy your coffee on the screened in porch or at night view the stars from the crows nest.

Your canine companion is welcome at C Dream so bring him or her along to enjoy walks with you on the beach. All new appliances and bedding for 2011.

      The most relaxing vacation we have had in a long time.

      A great place to decompress. Even the dogs needed it and it was great that they could come along. The house is light and airy and very close to the beach. The day it rained I took a 4hr knap on the screen porch. The location at MP 20.5 is perfect, close enough to everything but very quiet. I did find a dirty dish in the cabinet and just washed everything before using it. I love that linens are included.

      The house was nice & close to the beach. However, the beds were uncomfortable at all. The furniture looked like come from yard sale and smelled bad. Pots and pans provided were not suitable for cooking because most of them were either scratched or burned. We encountered problems with the plumbing for the washing machine, water pouring out of the machine, which was very inconvenience.

      We came back!

      For the first time ever, we rented the same house two years in a row: C Dream. I love the screened porch with ocean view, where I can drink iced coffee and read or use my laptop (with the house's Wi-Fi) without getting a sunburn during peak sun hours. The beach is a short stroll down the street. My dog liked both sleeping on the porch and running into the waves. The central dining/living room gives the whole house a great open feeling. Also, we took advantage of the terrific free Jennette's Pier tour and the Pet Luau sponsored by Salty Paws up at Jockey's Ridge, both courtesy of Seaside Vacations. My only complaints are that some of the furniture is flimsy and we had to hang a blanket over the east-facing bedroom window to keep the sun from waking us up. Oh, and that king bed hasn't gotten any shorter, but I managed to climb up using the step-stool.

      Very Nice Home; Perfect for 2 small families

      We enjoyed our stay at C Dream. The house was very neat and well-equiped. The washing machine had a leak but they came out to look at it; leaked again when they left...I called but got the answering machine...Hurricane Irene was coming and we had to evacuate 2 days early. Cost more then house next door because it is pet friendly...we didn't have any pets but still enjoyed the house..wish we had a discount for not having a pet that week.

      Wonderful

      After spending 3 hours for the last 25 miles to cross the bridge, the Seaside Vacations staff greeted us with such humor and enthusiasm, it was hard to stay grumpy. Everything went well. Enjoyed the home and really enjoyed having the linens provided with the beds made upon arrival.. lovely. Received prompt response when I had questions regarding the location of the grill. Great home. Other than the carpet in the living room being stained, the house was very nice.

      Perfect location, great layout, very comfortable

      I'll begin my review with the negatives, which were very minor and few: there were tiny ants in the kitchen (only a few seen here and there but sometimes we get them in our own home), there were no cutting boards or good chopping knives, the tubs should've been scrubbed, and no one emptied the vacuum prior to our stay so it was clogged with dog hair. And really, if that's all the negatives I can give, that's great! This house is awesome.. so great that we already booked again for next year. The location is perfect, only three houses to the beach access which is a deck-like structure that has a few steps down to the sand, then it's a short walk to the water (look on Bing maps for a great view of the beach area). This area of Nags Head is a great place to stay in since it's quiet but very near to all the happenings on the main drag. The layout of the house is fantastic as we traveled with our dog, two kids and my parents so with two bedrooms on each side of the living area, we all had our own space and could spread out. We ate on the back deck, had coffee on the front screened in porch, and enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean from the crow's nest. The kitchen layout was great (wide open and can easily accommodate two people), the built in ice-maker in the freezer and the new washer/dryer were appreciated. We did have a toilet back up one day but within 2 hrs Seaside had sent someone. Also, on the tv, someone flipped the satellite list to show only a few channels on the guide, but once we changed it to all channels, we had over 100+ to choose from plus if you set the DVR you won't miss your favorite shows. The outdoor double shower was our favorite stop after a day at the beach, especially with two children to wash off-- all 6 of us could fit in there! Plus the sidewalk that runs the entire length of the main street is great for walking the dog or talking a morning jog. All of us, including our dog, will be back again next year. Thanks, Seaside!

      View and location!

      The C-Dream is located on a private street and is only a few steps from the ocean! The view from the decks makes this home a great vacation spot.
      The kitchen was well stocked and the 4-bedrooms were quite comfortable. The very short walking distance to the shore made this home a wonderful place to stay, cook-out, and enjoy the ocean breezes.
      Of all of the home's features, I most enjoyed the outside living space. The enclosed front porch was a perfect place for drinking coffee, relaxing or playing a game of cards while enjoying the amazing view. The crow's nest offered an amazing space for catching some rays while watching the passing boats.
      I would suggest that the carpets be cleaned or removed due to the fact that they were heavily soiled/spotted. There were a few ants in the kitchen and a couple of roaches so I would hope that this issue would be addressed. Having said that, I would still consider staying in this property because the good well out-weighed the bad.

      Great location-but needed Pest Control

      We like the house and the location, but on the second day there, we noticed roaches in the house (not many-approx. 4) that looked like they already had a chemical in them, because they were found on their backs. This was very disappointing-Seaside Vacations did call Pest Control and we did not see any after that.

      Nice location

      The home has a nice location close to the beach. My main problem was the chemical smell inside the house. I believe they had sprayed for bugs right before our arrival and the chemicals caused me and my son to suffer sinus and coughing problems. (We killed 3 roaches within the first 3 days.)A secondary problem was the kitchen cooking supplies: only one cooking pot had a lid; the other pots had no lids. The frying pans were so flimsy and buckled that it was difficult to cook efficiently. The knives were very dull and there was no cutting board. The oven was missing a broiler pan...

      Enjoyable oceanside rental

      A central, combined living room/kitchen/dinette with large windows and glass door looking onto a screened porch, and 2 bedrooms on each side, give this house a light, open feeling, more pleasant than other small rentals I've stayed in with dark, narrow hallways. The porch and back deck are great places to relax out of the sun, while the crow's nest has a good ocean view. The location is technically 4 houses back, but it's only 3 back from the beach access, a short walk. Several dog-friendly houses are on the block and more dogs strolled the beach, much to our dog's delight. The main drawback to the house is a king bed that's so high a short person like me needs a stepstool (provided) to get on it, and someone with mobility limitations might not be able to climb up at all. I also would have liked a shade or blinds, in addition to the white curtain, on the oceanside window to keep the sun from waking me up before 7 a.m. Internet access worked fine, as did the washer and dryer, and the included linens & towels were a helpful bonus. The house is somewhat expensive for the size but it was the best price for a pet-friendly house with the features we wanted that I could find when I booked back in February.

      The Seaside Vacations rental company was great - no extra charge for using a credit card, everything handled online or by phone, e-mail reminders and news beforehand, and fast service at the office for check-in and check-out.

      Relaxing and Great Experience

      My family and I recently stayed at C Dream and had a great time. The house had everything we could possibly need and it was great being able to bring our four-legged children along too. The beach being so close was wonderful too as we could just step out the door and see the beautiful view.

      Nice place to stay

      We really enjoyed our stay ther. The house was very nice, however I think that the kitchen could have used larger bowls.
      The beach area needed cleaned up the old houses there really was sore for the eyes.
      The people around us was really great.Thank you for allowing us to bring our lab with us who had the best time until the ocean got out of control.

      Would rent the house again.
