The house was in a wonderful location we had so much fun! It was very spacious and lots of extra rollaway beds. Any problems with the house resort realty handled asap it was awesome!!They sent someone out within 30 minutes of us calling. I will rent thru them again

Everyone was very nice at Resort Realty and our home was available early! The home was efficient and had everything we could have needed. The location was great. We were within walking distance of the grocery store and near everything we wanted to do!

Most everything was good. We were not real happy with the game room. One of chairs were falling apart. None of the pool sticks had any tips on them. The pool table was a little upsetting since we that was one of the reasons we picked this house because we were going to have some young adults staying with us that was going to hang out and play.

This was the best beach house we ever rented. Your web site showed the house perfectly. It was everything we hoped it would be. And the kitchen was well equipped we found everything we needed to prepare meals at the house. The bedrooms were nice sized and mostly everyone had their own bathroom which was awesome! The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Although this is not beach front property the location was great close to grocery stores and just two roads away from the ocean. We really enjoyed the house with the beachy aqua color throughout the house and the large living room and roomy decks outside.

It's an older house than the outside seem to show. The stove needs some work and there is no Internet access (wired/wireless).

When we hear that a guest has concerns, we try to address them as quickly as possible. This was a great house that had lots of amenities- pool, hot tub, all kitchen accessories.

The home is nice, but the pool description was not very realistic, the property had several broken lamps, beds, etc. There were not fundamental kitchen essentials necessary for meal preparation. I believe that this was due to the fact that the home is for sale. I would not rent this home again.

We had a wonderful vacation at this house. There is plenty of room to spread out. The house is convenient and comfortable. I do wish that the kitchen where a little bit better equipped and the stove needs to be updated. This is our second year in this house, but it is the first time we have stayed over the 4th of July. What a wonderful exciting weekend! We had such a good time watching the fireworks from the beach. We love this place!
