We enjoyed our stay at Front Row Tickets. We loved being able to walk to the beach and sit on the deck and watch the surf. And of course we loved being able to take our dog Bono with us. The folks we dealt with at the office were very pleasant and our experience with them was very positive. We did miss having a dishwasher and laundry facilities. Also, we were a little surprised that some items that are typically supplied like dish washing soap and coffee filters had to be bought.
We enjoyed the kitchen/dining/living room area with its view of the ocean but thought the bedrooms and bathrooms were pretty small. We also thought the place could use a larger or lighted sign. We passed it several times particularly at night without realizing it. But we did like that it was different from the rows of identical condominiums that seem to cover Nags Head now. We would certainly rent it again or other properties from Seaside. -

No extra services were necessary during our week stay. The check-in service was smooth and efficient. The rental was clean and well supplied with exception of the stove hood-exhaust. When turned on some dead insects fell onto the stove top. There is no drape at the living-dining door. At night one must be aware that all is easily seen from the beach. Good location right on the beach. Parking at end of narrow shared drive difficult if neighbors park without consideration for others. There is no handicap access but we did not need that.

Excellent location and as close to the beach as one can get. Very clean, a bit small especially the bathroom off the master bedroom, which needs a new mattress. Four adults filled this cottage. Views were wonderful and service from Seaside Vacations was superb. South Nags Head is a great location and features uncrowded beaches. The neighbor, however, does not clean up after his dogs.

We had a great time staying here. The house was clean and everything looked the way it was shown in the pictures. It was quiet, the neighbors were friendly and advised us to get up as the sun rose if we wanted to see dolphins. We did the next day and it was wonderful to watch them from the balcony. The beach is clean and the sand is gorgeous. There were always birds and other wildlife to watch from the kitchen. Overall, a great place, we'll definitely return.

From the time I called to make a reservation, until the time we walked out the door, everything was great (except Mother Nature, but nobody has control there!!!). The staff at Seaside Vacations were all very helpful and pleasant to work with. The keyless entry was great, no more trips to the office for the key. Thankfully, upon arrival, we found a bag of goodies including toilet paper, which I forgot to pack! The location could not be beat, right on the beach between two piers. The house is compact and as my husband says, does not have more than 5 inches of wasted space. We fit 7 people compfortably. The master bedroom is the only complaint I have. The bed sinks in the middle and the shower head needs to be replaced as it is on a peice that has little movement and sprays directly down. That wouldn't be a big deal, but the width of the spray is about 6 inches, so you end up standing with your nose right up against the shower wall. The kids has a great time playing air hockey and enjoyed having a tv in their room. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities, but we did have to purchase some storage containers and a pitcher. There was not however any place to store the food except the limited counter space. The deck facing the beach has built in seats with a bar that is great for sitting at eating a meal or enjoying the sunrise with a cup of coffee. I would definately recommend this house or come back again.

This rental is in a perfect location if you want some peace and quiet. We went the first week of September amd there was hardly no one on the beach.(seemed to be just local residents walking their dogs). Went to the Oregon Inlet Pier on Monday (about 100yards away) and caught 75 spots!!! Pier had a little grille that served hamburgers and such. If you want to go out to eat, be prepared to drive 5 to10 minutes. The place is small and cozy, perfect for 4 or 5 people. The only complaint I had was no outside shower to wash off the sand but I found the neighbors water hose and helped myself to it. No one said a word.

As you already know we had our week cut short because of the hurricane. We were enjoying the house and the beach. Few things could be added really could use an outside shower or hose to be able to rinse off so you don,T bring beach sand into the unit. Overall very nice place for an enjoyable vacation.

The vacation house was clean and in pretty good shape. It is great as far as beachfront location. It is kind of small. We had 4 adults and the living space was limited kitchen/livingrm. I definitely would not want to have more people than that. Advertised with having an outside shower which we never found and missed being able to wash the sand off of us. Very nice but very small deck.

If you are looking for a place to stay that is oceanfront...this is the place. From the deck, you can watch the sunrise, see the dolphins swim and we even spotted a whale. It is pet friendly which was an initial concern due to "dog" odor, but that was not the case. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable and the water was hot.
I would not recommend this cottage for multiple families as there is limited parking and counter space (as seen in photos). Overall a nice updated unit for the price.
