The house has been maintained and there are upgrades each year. We have stayed there now 5 years and plan to return next year. We noticed some spiders throughout the week so it could use a treatment before it worsens. The keys provided to unlock the front door do not work very well and I would recommend having something changed to address this problem.

Beautiful house, super close to beach, great views! Pool/ping pong table was fun! Dolphins in front of house everyday! Awesome & relaxing vacation.

This house has plenty of nice amenities and tasteful decor. We'd definitely stay here again. We enjoyed the ping pong table at night. The house has plenty of upgrades and is very close to the beach (only one house back) and is an easy 30 second walk to the dunes. Beautiful ocean views from two of the bedrooms, as well as the top floor. The beach currently (June 2012) was very wide after the restoration done over the last year or two. 5 stars.
