Loved everything about the house except for the beds. They all were extremely noisy. Just to sit or turn over on the beds made loud noises. Are not coming back in 2013 because of the beds. If they buy all new mattresses I would be the first one to book for 2014.

The only thing nice to say about this rental is the pool and ocean view. The house was in general disrepair. The beds were terrible and squeaked loudly anytime you moved. Housekeeping cleaned poorly. Paint was peeling on the inside and outside of the house. We made the mistake of "not" reading the prior reviews. It looks like most, if not all, of these problems were noted by previous renters and nothing has been done about it. We won't rent from Beach Realty again. Don't be fooled by old pictures of this home. They do not represent the current condition.

House was not up to routine maintenance. Light bulbs were burnt out or broken. Electrical outlets were loose and some hanging from walls. Beds were very noisy and very uncomfortable. The view was beautiful and the pool was delightful. Lots of room and very comfortable for 4 families. We had a nice time. wish there were more chairs and even a table on the deck.

We have rented this home every 2-3 years for about 10 years. It is large enough for families, however recent stay showed that kitchen needed updated. Also, for the maximum occupancy families, it is difficult to seat everyone in the living area. The remainder of the family has to sit at the dining room table. Perhaps another love seat or couch could be added. The location is perfect for walking to Jeanette's Pier, Sam and Omies restaurant, and Cahoons for groceries. The pool is large and the hot tub is fun in the evening. We will continue to rent this home, as it works well for us.

Nice house but shabby compared to other rentals we have stayed in . were convinced it would fly away during the hurricane. Beach location and pool fantastic, though.
