We had the pleasure of spending the week of July 4 at "Cape Cod", It was truly wonderful. We had three families re-uniting from several states and it could not have been any better. The house is exceptional and very well equipped. The linen service is such a nice feature and there was so much room, 14 of us felt very comfortable. We had a very hot week but between the nearby beautiful beach and the pool we stayed cool and comfy.The game room was enjoyed by all. We thank you for providing such a well kept and clean home that you make available for families like ours.We hope to make a habit out of re-uniting here again and again.

The Cape Cod was the perfect house for our extended family vacation -- from a 10 year old to a 59 year old. Perfectly appointed, well-maintained,located right across from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store...it couldn't get any better. We're coming back for sure!

This was the first time we had rented a house this size site unseen. We viewed this on the website, liked the location and house itself. When we arrived at the house it was even better than we thought. Kitty Hawk and owner responded promptly when one of the a/c units stopped working and was repaired very quickly. The house has everything you could ever want an then some. I would definately rent this place again.

The house made the week so much more enjoyable, it has everything you need. It was especially nice with all but two bedrooms havig their own bathroom. We had a small problem with ants and spiders, but that can be handle by havin the house exterminated. The air went out upstairs and someone had to stay at the house most of the day until the repair person came. Would have been nice if we could have been given a time when he would be there. If we go back to Nags Head we definately would consider renting the house again.

Thank you for your review. The owners have a contract with a pest control company, so all you would need to do is call our office, and we would have them come out that day. We do not require someone to stay at the home until a repair person comes - they are able to pick up a key at our office. house was very nice along with the pool and hot tub, but hot tub needs to have all jets working and the ant problem on all three floors needs to be addressed
