Comfortable home with limited view of ocean. Large kitchen accommodates more then on cook. Nice to have towels and sheets provided however bed spreads were not clean and pot holders were filthy. Furnishings are old. Upon arriving the kitchen had to be swept of crumbs, sand and small trash,counter tops cleaned of crumbs and coffee spills. All carpets had to be vacuumed because they were dirty. Ground level floor smelled like dogs and had fleas. The tall table by door was dirty and the outside planter was full of trash. All dishes had to be washed because many had food, finger prints and lip prints on them. Dishes in dishwasher were dirty. Nothing was organized in the kitchen and the bookshelf was such a mess it looked like someone had emptied all games and then just thrown all the contents back on shelves. We tried to organize as much as being on vacation would allow. They must need new maids.

Great place, lots of room. Not crowded on the beaches There are a lot of steps up and down to beach that you don't see in the pictures. Great space for fun 2 seperate play area. I will say the beds are not too comfy!!! Other than that great place to stay.

A few minor issues; light bulb out in master bedroom; light bulb out in master bathroom; air conditioning went out on last full day on main living floor---Yikes!! That was the floor we slept on--no good!
