We Loved the house! I wish there was a stock pile of cleaning supplies. We have a 8 mth old who was crawling everywhere. The floors were disgusting. We seemed to have caught a stomach bug for 3 days. I wish there was lysol or something to clean everything with.

Please know that a housekeeping crew is available to address cleaning issues during vacationing guest stays. Started with a late check-in but they do have to clean the place. The homes location was great. Home was clean. The few negatives; Lights burned out inside and out, rust in ice maker, and the stereo speakers were blown and very dated (not functioning at all), Hot tub was a little dirty to start and they never came back to clean it as they stated on the card left on front door at our arrival. Tv's, beds, new kitchen, and of course the location and ocean front views were great! We had a great time over all and would return.

Whenever a guest informs the Housekeeping or Maintenance Department of issues needing attention during their stay at a Resort Realty home, every effort is made to meet the needs of our guests. Rest assured the issues with the property were brought to the attention of the individual homeowner. Light bulbs were not burnt out, but had a bad switch that needed attention. This issue was resolved by the homeowner’s vendor. All other noted concerns have been addressed. We are happy to hear that you had a great time, and we hope you will vacation with us again in the near future.

Great location on the beach. The house was very clean and accommodating. We enjoyed it very much. The kitchen may be slightly under stocked with useful cookware and utensils. We were able to find something to fit all our needs. Perhaps an newer knife set would be useful. We could not find a sharp knife in the drawer. Perhaps also some larger coffee mugs rather than the coffee cup set. I know these are minor things but these are useful everyday items. A great newly remodeled master bathroom with huge showers were nice but we found it odd however that neither of the 2 large king sized bedrooms had direct entry to the bathroom but the smallest of the bedrooms had direct access. A minor inconvenience but considering all modern day homes have the master bath adjoining and accessed from the master bedroom, this took a little getting used to. We stayed in one of the king bedrooms but had to access the bath through the shared hallway. The newly built access stairs to the beach over the dune was great and I can see why a new one was built as the sand dunes were beginning to bury the stairs on the homes on either side. A nice touch. We were there during some windy days, perhaps adding some fencing around or in the dune area would prevent more of the sand from blowing onto the stairs or under the open area of the house. It had a little wind tunnel effect. Really noticeable when trying to grill. I used paper towel to wipe the grill down and keep the grit out everyday due to the wind blowing the sand under the house. We've stayed in other beach homes where we've noted the fencing and it does make a difference. Are there restrictions in place preventing those? I'm not sure. None of these issues however would prevent me from staying here again. Members of our family have a dog which was a consideration for choosing this house. The house was very clean we did not detect any animal odors. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we had a great time.

Hurricane irene put a damper on all of us along the entire coast.Not a pleasant experience with a certain individual in rental office on more than one occasion.

The home is convienent location. Beautiful beach view. We previewed the home last October and it showed clean and ready to go. We rented late in the season and it showed a season of use.

The service was excellent. A few minor problems were taken care of promptly. The home was beautiful, clean, updated, well equipped, and well maintained except for the decking steps leading to the beach. The location was outstanding with beautiful panoramic views of the ocean. The only criticism would be the lack of a gas grill, and the already mentioned steps to the beach. A few other amenities that were listed (DVD, telescope, buggy) were non-existent, or not functional---but this was a minor thing and didn't impact our stay.

A wonderful home, beautiful ocean views, and fully equipped house. Others over the years did not have the equipment as found in this house. We did use the main floor queen bedroom for us. I think the mattress in the queen room on the main level could be better. That is where my husband and I stayed. Our family loved the sleep level. We vacation with friends who we are here with for the last thirty years. They were next to us in the Chandler. It was a wonderful time. My dog enjoyed it also, especially riding the waves in the late afternoon! Nothing to do with the house, but the travel down was horrendous. What is happening! Use to take 6 hours from Maryland...took us 81/2 this time. Oh, well. maybe next year it will be different. I thought Mrs. Heezen's visit to us on the beach was delightful! Please God we will be there next year!!

The house itself was nice enough and clean. My main complaints would be:
(1) the shower stalls being tight quarters for rinsing off sand and salt water,
(2) the outside shower head is old and crusty,
(3) the existing gas grill did not work (which forced us to purchase a new one for our stay),
(4) the location of the hot tub obstructed the view from inside the house and separated the group from sitting together on the deck
On a positive note, the kitchen was well stocked, the internet was free, the location was nice and the weather was excellent.

We loved the house we rented. Had a few minor adjustments to appliances and phone but was fixed.
We did have to throw away alot of food, but will be reimbursed I assume. House was wonderful, great location and are planning a return trip next year. -

Great house located right on the beach with fantastic view. Service from Resort Realty was outstanding and they are most helpful. We intend to return to this same property next year and will hope to secure the rental as soon as we determine the appropriate week.
The only problem we experienced was difficulty connecting to the internet. With the help from a support service provided we connected by Thursday. Hopefully this will be corrected for next year. -

The good... the house has a great location. It is right on the beach with a great view. The rental company did work to resolve my issues and were kind to refund my administration fee.
The bad... not all items listed on the amenities are actually present. The wireless did not work. This was a big problem for me since I needed to have access for work! In addition, the listing indicated 2 DVDs... only one present.
The ugly... the place was dirty. The floors were dirty and bedrooms extremely dusty. The bathrooms were really dirty (hairy, hairy, hairy).

The Heezen is a beautiful oceanfront home. Our two families had plenty of room. Everything we needed was there - a hot tub, kitchen utensils, coffee pot, blender, etc. There was even a karaoke machine and a telescope, though we didn't have time to use them. When we arrived the cable wasn't working. We called maintenance, and the problem was fixed within 24 hours. The location at MP 18.5 was great. We were within 15 minutes away from all of our outings.
