We rented this property for two weeks in September and loved listening to the waves crashing from the decks. Although this home is not oceanfront, the beach and ocean can be seen from the house and is a quick hop and step to the sun and surf. The hot tub being enclosed in a screened in area on one deck and the screened in area on the upper deck is perfect for dining.The house is very well maintained and extremely comfy. The grille area outside is not perfect, but the home is located not far from stores, restaurants, privacy and fishing piers.

unhappy to walk into the foyer and find a mouse trap. i do not expect to pay that kind of money for rodent infested housing. false advertising, a screened in porch usually has screens. have stayed with your company many years, not so sure about next year. did not stay last year because we needed an 8 bedroom house. the house next door is more expensive but at least it has screens, stayed there several years in a row.

I had a wonderful time in this house. Unfortunately, it was cut short by Hurricane Earl. The only issue with the rental was confusion over whether the house had a barbeque grill. The week before we arrived, we called Resort Realty to ascertain whether a grill was present. We were told there was none. Therefore, we rented a grill for the week from a local rental company. However, when we arrived at the property, there was a park grill. When we contacted the realty agent again, they apologized for the misunderstanding and indicated that they would reimburse us half the rental of the grill. We found this to be fair, but we would encourage the realty to have accurate information about their properties in th future.

House was great lots of room very comfortable and great location to beach. In-laws came along in their 70's and they truely enjoyed the house. Mother in-law spent everyday sitting on the beach. Short walking distance for her.
Have been with Resort working for three years first time staying Will definitly do it again. -

The staff at Resort Realty were great to work with. The home was well decorated, stocked and clean. We love the proximity to the beach and convenience to the bike and running trail. We can't wait to come again next year.

We loved our stay at Hope and Dreams, even through the bad weather and horrible fishing! The cottage is well equipped, clean, and quite comfortable. The only thing discouraging about the home were the SEVERAL flights of stairs...2 flights for each of 3 floors! We did not use the hot tub, but the porch was wonderful during light rains for our morning coffee or in the evenings to watch the sun sets over the sound. Resort Realty has always been our favorite realtor in South Nags Head because they make reserving and occupying so convenient. Houses are usually cleaned and ready before stated hour of occupancy. A treat when you must leave early on the other end!

Nice house, very comfortable, nicely equipped, decent oceanview from deck, short walk to beach, really liked the screened in hot tub, located in a very quite area, prefer oceanfront, but would stay there again
